Looks are deceiving, as one reviewer said. in my case, I had backed down a steep driveway and knocked half of my Honda Civics passenger side bumper out of place. I called at 10 a.m. one day and let them know i needed a quote to fix it. They said come before 3 and I did. They came out into the parking lot and fixed it! Without paying for a replacement bumper i was so satisfied! It took 5 minutes and I was on my way. no cost to me!! Thanks for your service, Im grateful.
