I was traveling through Alabama on my way to Mississippi and a warning light popped on my dash. We Google the closest MB dealer and this location was on the route. The staff is so amazingly helpful. You dont always find that in a service department. Ms. Kathy was so nice and helpful. The valet was courteous and smiling. The service advisor was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Im jealous that this dealer group does not have a location near me in my state.

Like many others have said in the reviews the customer service for me was horrible. The sales man was not able to explain in detail any of my questions. Worst experience I have ever had in a Mercedes dealership. I bought a vehicle and was told it had certain features and it did not have any of those extra features. It was late on a Saturday and the sales man told us to read the manual to learn the features and that most likely it was my Apple cable not working and just to switch it out. I tried for almost 2 weeks to reach out to someone via email to fix the Mercedes me app and I even went back to the dealership but I was told they currently did not have anybody there to help with that issue. I was also given the wrong spare key so I had to go back again and have that fixed. I’ve never had these many issues and disappointment with a Mercedes dealer.

I was a bit disappointed that I was not greeted or acknowledged as I passed salesmen and they walked by me later in my visit. I walked around for about 10-15 min looking at various vehicles. Our family is looking to get one, possibly two, new Mercedes and I’d hoped to discuss that with someone. I’m sure it was an “off” day, but none the less... All in all, I love the new campus.

Had a quick need for a car and found a CPO E-class on their website that I was interested in talking to them about. The GLE450 is gas all kinds of issues. Careful they pass the buck between dealer and corp. Enjoy the wind noise that Mercedes corp does not know how to fix.Salesman was great though

On 8/24/20, my rear suspension went out between Montgomery and Birmingham. I called the dealership in Birmingham and was told to go to Irondale because their Hoover facility was too backed up. I arrived around 12:15 at approximately 5:20pm I was told my car was fixed and I could be on my way. I drove exactly 171 miles and the suspension went out again. At this point it was after 8pm and dark. I’m a lone woman traveling with 2 small dogs in an area I didn’t know during a pandemic. I contacted their after hours number and spoke to actual live people however, they can’t call anyone or help you in anyway except to take your number and have someone call you when the dealership opens the next day. Completely unhelpful and I’m sure of the purpose. My car was bouncing so hard my dogs were hitting the roof of my car and getting sick as well as myself. I had to stop in a town and get a hotel. The next morning my car was working, great right? It was for another 100 miles and then boom it happened again. I found if I stopped for an hour or so it would work again. I finally made it to my destination and the Birmingham dealership informed me that I should take it to the dealership there. I was also informed that with this rear suspension issue they normally keep the car for 3-4 days. I would have loved that information on Monday, where I could have rented a car and left my car with them. My car has now been at the local dealership since Wednesday since I had to go to the chiropractor for my neck due to the bouncing on Tuesday. They have found 2 additional issues with my rear suspension but Birmingham has stated that not their responsibility because the new issues have nothing to do with their replacement part. My attorney says it’s negligence since they allowed me to leave their dealership on Monday night without informing me that they normally keep the vehicle for 3-4 days to determine the cause of the failure of the suspension and fix it.

I recently just Purchased a pre owned Lexus from Mercedes Benz of Birmingham. I felt the Price was fair and I was having a Pleasant experience until I noticed that there was issues with the Breaks and the Door locks upon driving the vehicle home. I was initially told by my sales person that since I purchased a pre owned vehicle and it was Sold As Is that there was nothing could be done to help me with my issues. I spoke with the Sales Manager Mark a couple of days later in person, He took care of the issues and made things Right with me and Im Very appreciative and i would purchase a vehicle from Mercedes of Birmingham again and refer customers as wells. Great dealership! Friendly staff and it’s clean. The transaction was fast and easy. My salesman, Greg is so kind and went over every button in the car. There are a lot of accessories to browse and buy and I enjoy the coffee and a sweet treat from the Edgar’s cafe.
I walked in and no sales associate presented himself or herself to me. The front desk clerk did ask me if I wanted something to drink. I sat in a car for at least 10 min in the showcase area. I guess I was shopping while black. I will take my buying power somewhere else. Mercedes do better especially for your repetitive clients.
