We had this service through Costco at many different states and never had issues until we moved to Alabama. Inconsistent delivery dates, never receive the number of bottles ordered, rude drivers, the list goes on. Ive been trying to cancel the service and have waited over a month to have someone pick up the cooler and bottles. Whenever I call they say someone will be out to pick it up in a few days, but no one ever shows up.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR SUPPLYING WATER!!!!!I would rather drink water out of a clogged toilet than anything Crystal Springs is offering.I rarely, if ever leave a bad review, but this company is HORRIBLE to do business with.Drivers are rude even though our purchases keep them in a job.If you choose to deal with these clowns, dont expect ANY customer service at all. Their phone lines appear to be jammed with disappointed clientele.When you do speak with someone, they repeatedly lie about delivery dates and timeframes. Absolutely pathetic. If only I could give them negative 5 stars.

Absolutely awful service. Regularly miss the promised restock dates. Every driver ive met has a chip on their shoulder. Use another water supply company, because this one is as useful as a bag of broken dinguses.

Stayed on hold for 30 min no one ever picked up .really bad customer service.

We appreciate the quality of the water and the friendly delivery person. The unit we use provides either a refreshing cold drink or instant hot water for tea, hot cocoa or whatever. And after a couple of years service, were still very happy to be a Crystal Springs customer.

We have been using Crystal Springs for a few years and had great service until this month. Our pure water dispenser 300 series heating element went out. I called and spent 20 minutes waiting to chat with customer service. The customer service person was good. We had a replacement sent the next day. They replaced the dispenser with a 100 series and it was malfunctioning as well (would not hold pressure to give you water) and it smelled moldy. The next day the delivery man showed up and took the water dispenser and told us that we would not get a replacement and left 🤷🏼‍♀️🧐. I am currently on the phone waiting to chat with customer service again. Very frustrating.

I am very disappointed with crystal springs water. I can never reach customer service and all I want to do is cancel my service but I cant reach anyone by phone or on the internet and water is overflowing in my house.

Great product and great service at a great price!! Easy to do business with. Never have to call and we always have fresh,cold, clean water!

How about LESS than one star! Minus two stars!!! Deliveries were inconsistent at best!! We signed up at Costco about 4 years ago and they were always late or skipped us altogether. Drivers were kind and did their best but we needed consistent deliveries. Our water is undrinkable here so we need Crystal Springs. For FOUR MONTHS NOW NO DELIVERY!!! Lies and excuses but no deliveries!! They need to just shut down. We have a broken machine and no water deliveries!!!

Water not delivered as scheduled - never notified as to delivery problem. When finally got information, they has only 2 drivers left, one of which is the route manager so they will not deliver to Chilton county until maybe December - already of out water and promised delivery starting 11/8, then 11/11, then 11/12 when I was told it would not be until some time in December. No excuse for such handling without notifications of problems.

Vanessa, the Crystal Springs customer service rep in Florida is always professional, kind and courteous each time she helps us with ourWater delivery needs. She is bright light in your company and please make sure she is rewarded. Also, the deliver guy that is now handling our route is a professional as well; before he started delivering our water, we seldom got our deliveries on a regular basis. Crystal Springs has provided us with great service. In addition, our experience has made it convenient and affordable. My family has increased their water intake dramatically just by having the water dispenser in our home. I highly recommend them to provide home delivery water services for everyone.

Had several incorrect deliveries the first few months. Made several phone calls and the reps assured me the problems were corrected, but this was not corrected at the delivery office. Eventually, it seems to have been corrected. At this point I am satisfied. I do think the fuel surcharge is too high, but I am currently willing to pay for the convenience. However, I am not sure how long I will continue.

I wish I could leave less than one star. The Birmingham Alabama location is terrible. I highly recommend that you use someone else for water delivery if you are in the Birmingham area.

Signed up at Costco 4 years ago. The price has consistently gone up and the pick up/exchange has gotten continually worse. Tomorrow will be the 5th and final time I am going to call about pick up as I have now had my bottles out for more than a month and they GUARANTEED they would be picked up last Friday and surprise surprise, they werent. This time, they can pick up the bottles and their machine.

Have try for over a month to get water delivered. Have talk to Five different people with Crystal Springs but still dont have water.Headed to Home Depot.

Horrible, okay bring water ring door bell drop offwater pick up old bottles. They could not do it multiple times, called to facilitate deliveries and pickups, and they would not call back. The Vestavia hills route management needs to be replaced.
