Very nice vape and tobacco shop. Extremely good customer service. I had a friend with me who was looking for tobacco, a pipe, and papers. He was very happy with his purchase. The young lady working there was helpful, courteous and friendly! Service with a smile!

Overpriced but the staff is very kind. Like others have mentioned Smokers Dream is a bit pricey for the area. I go for the convenience clean environment and friendly staff. They always have great suggestions and are willing to replace defective products.

If I could leave a negative star I would. Absolutely worst customer service Ever. Purchased a vape from there two weeks ago. Two weeks. Button completely broke on Vape. I simply asked the man to show me how to fix it. At first he said he had to call the owner, then stopped the call, gave me an entire dissertation about store policy, and basically told me that it was my problem, not theirs. These people do not stand behind their products.

Way too expensive and the guy working was NOT at all nice,or friendly.

Great selection — vast majority of pretty much whatever you are looking for. Very well lit. It is in a very good neighborhood. Easy to find. Most prices and ok but some are a little higher than many places but the convenience factor is huge and there is plenty of well lit parking. Service is stellar and they know their product lines thoroughly. Very pleased!

If you can afford high priced goods this is your place, awesome stuff of ALL kinds- but I think the price is a problem, the owner seems to want to work with people who are interested though *price wise* & I believe he will given you talk to him-& an employee I spoke with, was VERY knowledgeable & SO helpful- if I didnt live so far,I would go back JUST to EDUCATE more so, *& probably grab a couple things Id wanted,LOL* but I was rushed out due to an emergency at home so, I couldnt stay long. That being said- GO & LOOK around- talk 2 the staff about the oils & which is right for you! ANYTHING you want- THEY have. Just be ready to haggle if you cant afford his prices. hes very kind & I believe hed work with you. Great place over all

I wouldnt go here expecting to learn anything other than patience. I cant speak for the whole staff however the one gentleman i dealt with showed an obscene lack of knowledge to the point of ruining a both a tank and coil while trying to demonstrate the device. Furthermore demonstrating his overall demeanor was the attempt to relate to me by making fun of previous customer who had the same problem with her device that i was having. Really.!?..im sure it was because she was..what was it he said just one of those people wanting something free I cant elaborate as to what one of those people might mean however i know i like free stuff too,😆 I was lucky enough to have found an amicable solution to my problem by spending more money on a higher priced device at the store and swapped out the faulty mod for it. However the guy walking in as i walked out had the same problem....Overall overcharged and underwhelmed.

Price tags have prices double that of competitor stores in town. Make sure to ask for his best price on an item. If you do that, the prices are what you’d expect to pay. Pretty good selection available.

Vape Lofts prices are higher than Smokers Dream I checked!!!Owner and staff at Smokers Dream are so nice and much friendlier than other places in same area. You earn points to get money off of products. Ill only trade with them as far as a store.

Very knowledgeable about the products they have. I believe it was the owners father in-law that knew his stuff. Set me up with a great vape !

Friendly staff but at aleast cost. I was charged 35$ for a juul that sells for 20$ at any gas station. A mod they tried to sell me for 90$ I purchased from vape works for 60$. Prices are through the roof to the point of being crooked. Go anywhere else. Vape loft, vape works right up the street. Same friendly staff and not a bunch and not a bunch of crooks.

Hands down, my favorite smoke shop. They carry their own line of Delta oil cartridges, and they are top notch. They also have a great coupon program, you just gave to give your phone number. Its locally owned and run, and everyone who works there is super nice and helpful. They also usually give you some kind of discount when you make a large purchase, especially if youre a regular. Highly recommend becoming a regular!
