The vehicle (Cargo Van)I rented was just what I needed to move. I took issue though with the attitude of the representative helping me, a man named Kyle, given he seemed to posture a sarcastic and annoyed attitude when I asked the simple question as to whether or not my vehicle would be secure on premises in their lot even though I was intending to return it after the shop itself closed. I of course was referring to security cameras and their field of view, however, with an impatient and bored tone of voice he said it would be secure if you decide to lock your car. Kyle, I get it---we dont all love our jobs, but given people are going through one of the most stressful classic moments of life (a move) you can at least pretend to be charming instead of insufferable. I hope you find your passion bro.

I have moved with U-Haul three times. I like that I can log in and it shows my history. The staff is efficient friendly and the trucks are always perfect for my needs. I find it affordable and convenient. Its worth renting a truck if you got more than a pickup load. Had a great experience with this U-Haul even during the pandemic. Things were handled within protocol, masks were worn. Definitely my go-to when I need a bigger vehicle to move things around.

Took my mom to get her uhaul scheduled for pick up at 1230. It says the store until 7 PM. We waited outside for 30 min before someone came to the door. Very unprofessional. General manager Jazz Waters you need to get it together and your representative is playing call of duty on his phone while cashing people out. What a joke

Whole u-haul experience was a nightmare ! Booked it at one location and got sent to 2 other locations in the process.... lines were outrageously long with staff that was not very helpful.

Drove half an hour to this store to pick up my confirmed reservation and when I showed up they didn’t have my car.

Uhaul has become overall very unfriendly to the point of being rude. This store made every attempt to fix the multiple screw ups made with our reservation but corporate provided the wrong, oversized equipment at the wrong location and with an appointment one hour before the facility even opened. Very poor communications with very rude operators who had a go to hell attitude. I cant begin to imagine ever using Uhaul again. This company needs a major overhaul of the whole operation.

The best experience Ive ever had at a U-haul!! Jazz, the GM (and I think owner?), had us in-and-out in less than 5 minutes when we went for a truck rental. Ive always had problems at every other U-haul location Ive used...so this was most refreshing! This location also has a 3-level, indoor, secure, climate controlled storage facility with what looked like over 100 units for rental...many are even handicap accessible. I plan to move my things from a storage facility Im using downtown to this one before the bad weather hits. I highly recommend everyone give this location the chance to do for you what theyve (shes) done for us! Thank you again, Jazz!

I called to check to see if they would be able to accommodate a commercial 28ft trailer for the weekend prior to Thanksgiving and did not receive a call back. I called on a Monday evening, and tried to check on my question multiple times during regular business hours. I was placed on holds for extended amount of time, and was told to call back tomorrow. Finally got ahold of someone yesterday and I heard someone in the background talking to the representative about my situation and heard that they were suppose to call me back and never did. So, I was told that they could not accommodate in their back lot that was rather spacious and then tried to sell me a u-box service that is more than half the price and the contents would take a month to get to the destination. Very unaccommodating, unprofessional, and rather rude.

Easy rental and returns

I rented a brand-new pickup truck for moving a few loads of mulch. Kara at the store was great! Not to mention the truck was brand new with 200-plus miles on it. I would highly recommend this place. Very hassle-free and quick service

Went twice (after calling to confirm they were open for propane fills) and was greatly disappointed/frustrated with the staffs staeral lack of attention. Got smart and went elsewhere. I will NOT return!

After speeding to Irondequoit from Henrietta, since they didnt have our trailer, we were refused service since the doors are locked at 7pm sharp. I ended up missing my last day of work the following day, including a farewell lunch, so that I could drive down to Dansville to get the trailer we had reserved weeks in advance. Company communication and customer service lack severely. Heres what says it all in my opinion: You can call the sales line 24/7, but if youre looking for customer service you needed to call between limited windows of time. Youve got it backwards, u-Haul, and your Irondequoit branch is a prime example.

First e ridge location despite the reservation did not have the truck. Second e ridge location near harbor frieght. Had the truck that they advertised for 19.95. Plus .59 a mile. Went to pick up the truck. Person tried to charge us 495 dollars to start with. When told the price was not consistant. He bacame complacent, yawned in our face and said he did not know what to do. He would not call customer service. Had to call in front of him on MY Cell. The lady on thier customer service told us to go to another dealer. He said there was no manager and that he was not going to call one. Line of people waiting . called customer service 25 min no answere. Wow. Do not go to these UHaul outlets guy was a jerk. Go to 120 Lake ave. Awesome folks.

This is the second time Ive rented a truck from this location. The first time was fine.However today was a mess. I reserved online a 10 ft with a furniture dolly. Smartphone checkin takes forever and it was freezing. I finally said screw it and went inside. We first went to a storage unit (10 miles away) and upon opening the back of the truck there was no furniture dolly. I called but you get some random call center and they are NO help. Unwilling to pay for the mileage to drive back and forth since I left my car in their lot we just did without. Storage to apartment building was less than 8 miles and then apartment to uhaul was 3.85 miles....a grand total of 21.3 miles driven.I get my invoice emailed to me to see that they did refund the dolly since they never put it in the truck but charged me for 44 miles.Heres the thing, I run quickbooks self employed software on my phone which tracks my GPS and timestamp...lets hope the GM can fix this without a battle. Go down the road to the other uhaul- never had a problem with them.

Wish it was a 24hr storage place. It unfortunately restricts you to a normal schedule for business. It is climate controlled and relatively clean.

Fast, easy pick up and return. Pleasure doing business with.
