This entire process was so simple and seamless. We called to get a quote, ended up scheduling for Friday since there were no weekends available. They called back and remembered we had requested weekends and filled us in after a cancellation. This was before the service and the service itself was professional, on time, and good quality. We will absolutely be going here again as a repeat customer.

The team showed up on time and they were properly set up for COVID-19 protocols, which I appreciated. They were very efficient and detail-oriented. Extra time was taken to cover any furniture that was nearby, just in case. The unit they use is rather loud (noise cancelling headphones are a wonderful help in that area) but it definitely does the job. I have a fairly large house with a lot of ducts and they were very dirty after having a couple of months of construction after a leak. I really appreciated their thoroughness and thoughtfulness. They also cleaned my dryer vent which was getting to be a fire hazard. They even repaired a couple of things. All around a great experience with a great team. I would highly recommend them!

Dan was excellent! He was on time, professional, quick and efficient, and did a wonderful job. He could not easily see the vent pipe in my attic so he explored from the outside. There are multiple vents on the roof so once he figured out which one was mine, he took pictures and sent them to me so I would know for the future. He explained the shape and direction of my pipe and even explained how to maintain it myself so that I dont have to call him again unless absolutely necessary. He also took before and after pictures of the pipe. So gross and so satisfying to see the after result! Highly recommend.

Dan was awesome! They were perfectly on-time, came in with plastic on their shoes to avoid dragging in dirt, got everything done in less than an hour and cleaned up after. You would never know they were there. He also charged me much less than I was expecting since the exhaust pipe was shorter than average. I had dryer vent duck serviced by other companies before. And it was due for another cleaning session. Neighbor told me they had theirs done by Dan from American air duct cleaning Co. and they were happy with his service. So got Dans number from the neighbor and gave American air duct company a try.Dan arrived on time with his helper. He was very professional and thorough. He disconnected the dryer from the duct. And cleaned dryer as well as dryer end of the duct. Then, connect the dryer end of the duct on air machine. His crew from the other side of the duct, ran the cleaning rods with rotating brush. Just like the one you see on the YouTube instructional video. He did not take any short cut. Other companies just ran the dryer and cleaned the duct from the other end with rotating brush rod (not knowing what is going on dryer side of the duct) But Dan made sure all parts of the systems were cleaned. And he re connected the dryer with air duct. And made sure they are connected correctly. Found out, American air duct co. clean ac/heating duct cleaning as well. Got a quote for ac/heater duct cleaning right away. Will be scheduling for the ac/heating duct cleaning soon. Hard to find honest, ethical and quality oriented mechanics/companies. I will be thanking my neighbor who gave me the referral to Dan.

He initially couldn’t find the issue, but after systematically and putting some ideas out our dryer got to work again without any obstruction. This company cleaned out my 20ft long dryer vent and then came back and cleaned and sanitized all my air ducts, cleaned my heating unit and cleaned out my air conditioner unit. They were here for 4 1/2 hours and cleaned up after themselves and I am really happy with everything they did. We had not ever cleaned our air vents and we have been here for 21 yrs and not sure if the previous owners ever did them. I looking forward to everything working well. Dan was very professional and explained everything and really didn’t try to up sell me, but instead let me make my own decisions. I found American Air Duct Cleaning on Google reviews, and honestly I dont know a lot about having my air ducts cleaned, apart from when I used a terrible company in the past before. These guys came to my home the very next day of me calling (even with their busy schedules) and they were on time,very and I mean very professional and they went above and beyond! The Lead Technician talked me through the whole process of the job that was going to be done and explained very well.The only complaint I have is that I wish we would had found them sooner! and not wasted our money on someone else coming to clean our vents only to find out he cleaned the vent caps and not the air system internally. I highly recommend American Air Duct Cleaning. They cleaned my air duct system and the dryer vent. The whole process took about 3 1/2 hours, and the price was reasonable for the amount of work involved. The technician Dan and his assistant were on time and courteous, and explained the process very well. They left my home spotless and were careful to protect the floors and furniture. Dan was also very responsive to my concern about keeping my 2 cats from escaping (I kept them in a closed room to keep them from being underfoot). This has been on my to do list for a while (mostly a fire safety issue) and I selected AADC based on their great online reviews. Glad I did.

I recently read a news article online about how dangerous dirty dryer vents can be. So I hired American Air Duct Cleaning, they were fast with the appointment and were on time. As a single mother of 2 girls, I felt safe letting them into my home. They were quick and efficient with the dryer vent cleaning. They did a superb job! Im really glad I called them. I highly recommend hiring american air duct cleaning to anyone whos dryer takes an eternity to dry your clothes (especially jeans and towels)

I had first called a company out of a magazine. One guy came out and said he can knock it out in 1 hr. Something didnt seem right...Called American Air Duct and spoke w Dan. He was polite and courteous right from the beginning, explaining exactly whats involved. Once he and his team showed up, I knew this was worth a few bucks more than the other guy. They covered and protected all aspects of the home. Took almost 3 hours for a 2 story 15 vent home. They showed me every step of what they did. Would give 6 stars if possible.

I hate making calls and checking prices but did it and Found American duct cleaning.The guy that answered the phone was very personable and gave me a quote and set me up for service.Dan came out and walked me through the house and told me what he was going to do.Step by Step he lead me through the duct cleaning process and showed me the filth he found in the ductwork. Today American Duct Cleaning, Irvine, CA came out to clean our dryer duct. This is the type that snakes with a nasty right angle through the garage. Yikes, it was packed with paper Mache. The guys had to separate it in the middle to unpack it. They also put extra effort into sealing the duct in the utility room. As long as it took them (over two hours) they stuck with the quoted price. Ill call them again.

American Air Duct came out and cleaned out the vent system and all the vents. Also, did the dryer vent.I felt like it went well. They came out and did exactly what they said they would do. They noticed a lot of white dust in the system and asked if we had recently had some renovations done, because of the drywall dust he found, we did just have some stuff done. I at least know he was getting stuff out. :) They said it would take 2 hours, ended taking about 3.5 hours; there was not extra charge for the time. They were professional, did the job and cleaned up after themselves.I highly recommend them to anyone!
