Bought a Jaccuzi with false information stating built in computer panel, but delivered with no panel at all. When questioned about it they said your order came in without the panel. Liars.

I have purchased an Ariel toilet about 4 years ago and now I have a problem with the flushing system. I called Atlas International several times to get their technical support. Each time I call I talk to Ann or Jullie that promise me that someone from the technical support group will call me back but so far nobody called me. When I asked to talk to the manager I was told he is not available and that it is forbidden to share his name. What kind of customer support is this?

Great company to work with. Re-did my entire bathroom will Ariel products. Unique high end products compared to what the market is selling.

I was doing my whole bathroom renovation and saw a better alternative way to get a shower enclosure without going through a wall panels and tiles works. I’ve attempted to purchase the 47 inch steam shower enclosure directly from Ariel because the price was lower than home depot. After i’ve spoke with one of their salesman about the product,decided to pay them over the phone.I have the shipping address /which is my home address/ and a Billing address /which is my *PO Box. Very common!! The salesman asked me for ID verification purposes to EMAIL my ID and credit card pictures front and back. I told him NO. And i’m not about to send my whole identity exposed through unsecured email. Because I’ve NEVER asked this kind of questions before for an online purchase and it was very odd for me. Then the salesman suggested i can fax it. Still weird! but I said ok and faxed for him. Since it was fax the images turned out useless. He suggested another payment method. which is a PayPal Verification method. I said ok again but at this time felling not good about the whole experience with this company and then i’ve payed them using PayPal on Thursday with no problems.I didn’t get any Receipt or shipping confirmation from them. so, I contacted them 3 day later on Monday. The salesman said “We can’t sale because the shipping address and billing address is not the same. We’ll refund you the money and you have to have one credit card the same as the shipping address”I was very amazed!!! said ok, go ahead and refund my money back.The salesman don’t know the difference between physical address and billing address or its just how they run their business. I’ve no idea!Now, Tell me how you where going to send an LTL freight to my PO BOX then?Even if i have a multiple shipping destinations for my own business purposes, you suspect a customer and ask to send their identity to exposed via email?This guys are not professionals and don’t know what they’re doing!They Joke on your valuable time during renovation! A time you don’t want to waste!Stay Away!

Bought a Ariel walk in Bathtub September 2019 and sent in the warranty card within 30 days as requested only to have it returned in the mail as return to sender, called customer service and the address has changed from Atlas International Inc. in Santa Ana, CA to: Atlas International Inc, 2355 Main St., Suite 120, Irvine, CA 92614, and the company does not feel responsible for putting in new warranty cards or address changes in the products that they sell, BUYERS BEWARE, unreliable and unprofessional company, will be conveying this information to the Lowes Store that sells the Ariel walk in Bathtubs.

Horrible company. Bad products. Worse Customer Service. Bought $1000 worth of rain shower and other bathroom products. All had problems within a year. Company management would NOT help. NEVER BUY ANOTHER PRODUCT FROM THEM.

Terrible customer service nobody helps you after I purchase Ive tried dealing with them for multiple months and I still have not received an answer I would have eyes to not ever buy from this type of company
