Once he locates the vehicle, he does the negotiating for you and gets the best deal. If you have any questions, he promptly returns your calls. He delivers the new vehicle to your home and returns your old vehicle. I dont usually like to recommend people UNLESS I know they are one hundred percent on their game, and Rami is!

Rami is really awesome and the best agent I have met. Although we did not make a deal this time, I would like to go back to him in future. I highly recommend him to all my friends and everybody.

So my main concern going into purchasing my new car was having to deal with them and getting ripped off. Rami was nothing but a complete professional, who never pressured me and was completely up front with what to expect. While also taking the time to educate me on what to look out for. This guys knows his stuff and is very very good at his job.I first contacted Rami 6 months ago- my initial phone conversation with him was great. He really emphasized what I should expect to get APR wise. He was completely professional and I learned a lot from the conversation. At that time, I decided to hold off for a few months. Im sure glad I did wait, my car needs ended up completely changing.When I emailed him again months later I sent him a screenshot of the exact car I wanted (2015 Toyota Prius)- that I configured from the dealerships website. He replied to me immediately.After emailing back and forth over the next few days he had given me a good idea of what to expect in price & APR in a worst case scenario. We submitted my credit application.... and then waited on the dealer. A day later we heard back from the dealer and I had been approved for my new shiny car at a price & APR that was better then I had even imagined (and believe me I had done my research on TrueCar, etc. so thats saying a lot). It was an AMAZING deal!Since all of this happened very quickly, Rami was actually on vacation- so I ended up picking up the car straight from the dealer. Rami was on stand by in case I ran into any problems. But I never had to deal with ANY up sells or sales tactics, I literally just signed paperwork and drove off- it was the BEST dealer experience Ive ever had, all because Rami had already handled all of the leg work.Moral of the story: I got my amazing shiny new car at an insane deal and will never even let any of my family or friends THINK about buying a car without Ramis help.
