By far one of the best sally i have ever been to. They are very professional and guide you through every single step of coloring and etc. perfect management. I highly recommend this place. Zee is amazing.

You guys get a 0 customer service. You had 3 employees just staring at me through the door while I tried to call the number and order but why make me wait and call when you can just tel me your closed? The platinum blonde, the chubby one, and whatever other little nerd girl needs to learn how to just tell people your closed

The two employees that helped me were nice and very helpful to me. Never really noticed nasty looks my way, but I was too busy trying to get what I needed and leave right away. They had most of the products I was looking for except one. I appreciated both ladies taking their time to check if they had the product in stock. It took a while, but every effort on their part was much appreciated. Ill definitely come back again when I need to restock my hair products.

This Sally location in Irvine is very close to my school and there was two ladies very accommodation helped me selecting products and hair, even when they where 5 to closing they where so accommodating and so sweet. I saw many people come one the weekends last minute before closing and they help their last minute costumers out I would highly recommend this Sallys

This lady Lisa, who works in the store and have such a bad attitude and she makes faces to diminish others totally rude! I personally called her out and she totally denied and told me that thats her face! Im a forensic psychology and criminal justice educated.

They got people making faces to you and dont offer help amd a racist manager white women black hair

This lady Lisa is rude and makes faces to people, I asked her to help me when she is done with her customer and she went to the back right after and sent someone else to help me 20 minutes later
