Anisa is amazing. I had seen her once before but she was booked when I needed to go again, so I went to a different location and didn’t have a good experience. Booked a little early back at this location and luckily with Anisa and she totally fixed me up. She does a meticulous job and left my brows looking perfectly shaped and my arch in tact. Thank you Anisa!Also noting the gal at the front today was super sweet. Very professional, efficient, and kind.

Receptionist was not professional. Waxer Monica was awesome and nice!

I Made an appointment early Sunday morning and when I arrived to business the receptionist informed me she had sent me a text to cancel appointment which she didn’t. She was not able to accommodate me till a much later time. I was not able to make a later appointment and I wasn’t able to receive service. They should not allow appts to be made if they don’t have enough people working on Sundays. Plus, if you say you cancelled an appointment with someone ensure a text was sent.

Im giving this review 5 stars because I dont think the business deserves less. However, I encountered a pretty unpleasant employee. I went in yesterday @12:15 for my appointment and the two lovely girls behind the counter were doing the best they could to answer questions for another customer as well as get me checked in. I could tell they were both new so I heightened my patience and waited my turn (we have all started new jobs). When they asked for management help she came out and was completely unpleasant and I could feel the get out of my way and let me handle this energy to her NEW employees rather than expressing to the customers that they are still in training and please allow one moment while she shows them how to bring something up on the computer. She then looked up at me and told me to wait outside if I was awaiting an appointment. I wasnt checked in yet so that confused me, however, I went outside to wait. When the esthetician came to get me she sensed an off vibe and asked if everything was okay. I responded with Yeah Im fine, that check in experience was strange and the woman makes it very known she clearly doesnt want to be here she then apologized and I said it wasnt her fault and its not ruining my experience but management can make or break an establishment. I re-booked my appointment and will be back 100%. I would recommend training management to be more pleasant and have patience with new employees so those gals feel supported and not a problem.....

Kelsey is the best! Friendly, professional, and clean. Booking is easy with their website or app. I usually get a call or text reminder. Highly recommend.

Offer an array of waxing services, fairly priced. If you come frequently its worth buying their packages. They offer walk in but theyre usually pretty busy, so I highly recommend calling before or go on their website/user friendly app to manage appointments or to check availability. They do have a strict policy with appointments so arrive on time or you may have to reschedule. Also they have a three strike policy if you book online and no show then your privileges for online booking will be revoked. But other then that Overall great service, clean facilities, friendly staff.

My wax specialist Jessie was INCREDIBLE!! She was personable, and made my experience there so much fun!! I even bought a waxpass and some product she educated me about!! So obsessed with this place I would recommend it to my family and friends! Thats Jessie and staff you gals are queens!

This place is a joke, the prices are too high, the owners are rude to their employees, and this creates a chaotic environment that carries over to being a negative experience as a customer.Theyve recently increased their prices (which were already too high). Multiple times I have formed a bond with one of the employees only to have them get let go by the owners / managers. The turnover in this place is ridiculously high and as a customer this has been disheartening and eventually gotten to the point where I refuse to spend my money at this establishment.Getting work done at this business allows customers to get a good glimpse at how the business functions because theres always plenty of time to talk with their employees. Things seemed alright when I first started going to their business but many of the negative opinions and stories I have heard from employees have been independently confirmed by other employees.Employees were constantly complaining about their low pay but often didnt feel like they could bring up the subject to their managers or owners given the current economic climate. A lot of employees seem to be happy just to be employed and it seems that this specific European Wax Canter is taking advantage of this environment which, to be quite frank, is disgusting.To help prevent employees from asking for raises the owners are frequently writing their employees up for even the most minor of infractions. They even have closed-circuit cameras from the store all the way to the owners residence and get mad at receptionists if they do anything on their phone or read a book while they wait for customers. I mean youd think the owners would at least want their employees reading up on the latest cosmetology-related articles or some of them to study for their cosmetology classes, etcMost customers dont get a good glimpse on how things are working behind the scenes and its a shame because if those customers knew they would undoubtedly take their business somewhere. If you have half a conscience you will take your business elsewhere. This specific European Wax Center should be ashamed of itself.

Alexis does a really great, quick job. I never have any pain and Im in and out in five minutes. The facility is clean and tidy.

DO NOT GO THERE. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY on this place. This place do not deserve any star. I wouldnt recommend going nor purchase products from this Irvine place. I had to give a star to leave review here. I am VERY disappointed with there one of managers customer service. She will ignore you as long as possible and once you are able to hold of her she will give you nasty attitudes and treat you like a little kid.Ive been going this place over 3years being a great customer. So disappointed.

Love this place! Everyone is really polite and accommodating. Prices are great compared to other wax places and my specialist JEN is awesome!!!! Id most definetly recommend her!

Today they didnt let me attend my appointment just because I was late few minutes, first time after 3 years. I definitely not going to renew my appointments anymore!

Service was excellent. They were very easy to book with and change appointment times. I was sold on the pre-pay services but i am a little worried about the fact that they save everything in their system. Meaning, while I dont have to physically carry around voucher cards, I worry that their system may not record the correct services ive already paid for. /shrugs - time will tell since this was only my first visit.FYI - they seem to work on commission so a lot of polite pressure to purchase their products/services. If youre put off by that then dont go. Ive been in sales before so I appreciate the friendly pushiness these girls have.

They upsell you to buy wax passes, but then do no disclose their policies ANYWHERE...not on a receipt not in writing given to the customer either. they will tell you one thing and then back peddle on it. my wife bought a pass and was told she could cancel a month prior to it starting with a $25 fee. she tried cancelling since january as her membership started in march...they then told her she was out $200+ and would only give her a giftcard despite her not being happy with their rushed services. as of right now had to report to BBB and probably will have to take them to small claims court. as others mention the turnover is crazy and you can tell the waxers arent happy there...which is not a place you should support.
