My daughter had consulted with numerous hair salons in OC that are top rated only for them to turn her away because they didn’t want to work on her hair!! She had used box coloring on her hair over a year ago. We called Fantastic Sam’s.and booked the appointment for the following day. We met Sara and she was amazing! My daughters hair turned out Beautiful! Thank you Sara. She cut, colored and highlighted her hair.

I honestly dont know why this establishment has less than stellar reviews but I am very happy and satisfied with the haircut VANNA gave me! I think it makes me look younger than my age of 37 and so I hope this review helps to raise their score because they really deserve a 5 star rating. I rarely get my hair cut, in fact, I had really long hair in the past but now look at me! I am like a new person! Bravo to this Fantastic Sams salon! I KNEW this was a good decision!

Be careful and avoid! Very condescending crew; especially the two Asian ladies ; they talk to you like you are dirt and move people around as they please; very similar to a nail salon atmosphere ....

These clowns have no sense of time. You will come in, make an appointment and come back an hour later only for them to tell you to come back 5 hours later because they chose to squeeze in more people before you and now cant manage the queue. Save your time and go to Sportsclips around the corner.

So sad to see my favorite stylist Aeen is no longer working here. I was able to find her contact information on yelp. After going to her for 8 years it’s hard to trust anyone else with my hair. You can find her on yelp in Lake Forest.

Pricey hair cut at $25. Received a coupon from Fantastic Sams, but this location wouldnt accept it. Had 2 taken off all around and it was fine.

Ive tried this place a few times and have been happy with the results. Lily cuts my hair just how I like it and she did a great job with the color recently. Weekdays has little wait time. Prices are not as low as my previous fav place in a diff area but acceptable.

An overpriced haircut done at a tremendously fast pace with almost no real customer service. I had to remind her that shampoo is included and she did it as an afterthought with cold water. Like when you are charging exorbitant rates, the least you can do is do what is included. A 15 minute wait for a 5 min haircut and a 30 second shampoo that left me $30 short in my wallet. Easily one of the worst fantastic sams I have been to.

Got two excellent haircuts here. My guy studied at Vidal Sassoon or some such. Cuts and staff were better than I was expecting. Recommended.

Ill be the first to admit that haircuts at these cheap places are an adrenaline rush... never sure what youll get. However, this time I came in and showed a picture, and Nga (pronounced Nah) told me exactly what shed do, which is what I wanted, and did it flawlessly, quickly, and (best of all) cheaply. I wouldnt feel nervous under her shears again.

Better haircuts here than Sports Clips every time. Multiple solid cutters, but Id especially recommend Nancy

Zero if I could. After calling. Asking.... Double checking... I was told 7:30 was closing. Signs and Google both said 8. Arriving at 7:25 I showed up to be ushered out we close. Ignorant and mean people... Glad I didnt get my hair cut there. Its not even 730 yet... Still.

They charge a lot for an average haircut. I had to wait a while, which wasnt a big deal. The big thing was that I didnt feel completely satisfied with my haircut for what they charge.

Probably one of the worst haircuts i ever got and they charged $15??I asked for a medium fade and the lady acted confused, and had no idea what she was doing this place sucks

Absolutely horrible. I asked to have a minor trim, sideburns and overall stray hair.What I got is a poor scalp job. Ive on;y had 3 worst cuts, and one was in boot camp.
