Ive been here twice and had not so great experiences both times. The store has weird policies - they dont check items after 7 pm, have a 48 hr window and are so picky that you would likely wait 2 days to find out they dont want anything. We had a mix of fast fashion that we knew was a stretch to good brands like banana republic, wrangler, Levis. They ended up not taking anything which is fine but refused to tell us the status over the phone. They also offer very less $ (even though they quote 25% or so online) and in store collection is not impressive but very expensive.

Selling here is a nightmare. It’s impossible. The workers are extremely picky and unfair. They overprice all of their clothing. Thrift stores are supposed to be affordable to those who can’t shop at high end places, and this store is quite the opposite. You might as well go get new pieces at brandy or urban because it’s the same price there and the clothing is new. Not to mention, the customer service is awful. Ceaser is extremely rude to all of his customers. He makes me and my whole family feel completely unwanted. I am never selling or buying here again.

Youre not likely to find vintage or exotic/unique items here. Its best for jeans and popular brands.

Cute selection full of trendy clothing. Its well laid out! The prices are similar to an h&m/forever 21 but its easier on the conscience when the clothing is recycled!

This is a great consignment shop to sell to and buy from. Compared to a Platos Closet or similar resale store, they give you more for what you sell. They almost always have great items for sale for good prices! Just the other day they had a pair of Dior heels for $32 and Tory Burch jeans for $16.The best strategy I have found is to sell what you no longer want, choose the store credit value since that is higher, then spend it on items you do want. Ideally, items that are half price!As far as selling goes, while they do give you a decent price, they probably wont take everything you think they will. I took two bags of nice clothes and shoes in and they only chose a few things. I have found its better to take small amounts in so there is not so much to choose from.--UPDATE: I have since taken items on three different occasions and they didnt buy anything. A woman in front of me had a fit because they tagged and put a sensor through a pair of shoes she had not yet agreed to sell, and the hole from the sensor damaged them. Be careful when dealing!

My first time to Crossroads Trading was a great experience. I had an amazing sales associate helping me named Mia. After telling her this was my first time to the store, and I am not the greatest shopper, Mia helped me find some fantastic outfits. I updated my wardrobe for fall thanks to Mia. The prices are AMAZING, too!! I am definitely going back again.

I love this place I typically go with my daughter but this was a solo venture. I scored I did really well and Feraz helped me. I have visited the one in silverlake but this is equally as wonderful

I hope they changed their pricing! Last time I was there it was all hiked up. Comparing to other locations. Ive being shopping at Crossroads since 2002 at their original stores on Santa Monica Blvd and Melrose in LA and in Santa Monica. Sometimes you cant help but spent several hundred and its a pile of good stuff. This location had designers but older style and because it brand name, these Chinese sales girls would price high. I used to sell a lot of my things before to LA, Santa Monica and Pasadena stores. Now they cant pay much, because first, you can buy amazing things online at a bargain, and second, you can go to some thrift store and find treasures. I bought Tory Burch shoes, Gucci shoes, Balenciaga bag, Hermes scarf in amazing conditions at thrift store. You just have to know where to shop. I like Crossroads Costa Mesa location better.

While I dont always find what I like, when I do, I buy a lot; clothes are unique and so affordable. Shop at least once a month, since inventory changes all the time.

This is a definitely an interesting shopping center. It has most things like Target, LA Fitness, and some eateries. Not too shabby. IT definitely looks like a great place to shop. Its also very clean here.

I LOVE THIS PLACE. I SELL MY GENTLY USED CLOTHING HERE. MY CLOTHES ARE QUITE CONTEMPORARY AND THEY DO BUY SOME OF IT WHENEVER I BRING MY ITEMS IN. THEY CARRY A LOT OF USED BRAND NAME CLOTHING AND ACCESSORIES.... A GOOD PLACE TO SHOP!

I’m an avid Vintage and Consignment store fan. Coming from Los Angeles I had doubts about what an Orange County store could offer, but wow I love this place. Plenty of FREE parking which you can’t say for LA locations. I found a pair of Prada heels (new without tags) for $75 bucks! Lots of high end offerings. The merchandise is well selected by experienced buyers (I used to be one at Nordstrom). It’s not rickety stuff like some USED clothing spots. I like the denim selection too. I can’t comment on the selling side as I’ve only made purchases. Tip: Bring your own bags

My husband had been battling with his alcohol addiction for countless of years. o matter how much I begged, he wouldnt give up the bottle. With the help of his family and his friends, we finally convinced him to get help at Drug Rehab Center Co. Their addiction recovery treatment was a success. He sobered up and is doing more productive things with his life instead of drinking it away.

Very well laid out, large selection with great staff. Respect their generous donations to the needy.

There are a lot of great paces to eat here, good shops, restaurants, a gym, chiropractor, FedEx, you name it. I visit here frequently to get things done and eat good food.

Love this place, staff is nice and you have all these little treasure to buy.

What I love about this places if you get a good associate they will literally be your personal shopper and help you find what youre looking for. The prices are exceptional.

I am so proud of my baby sister. As the youngest, she tends to make naive decisions in her life, finally she decided to take responsibility of her mistake with drugs and find an addiction treatment facility that would help her do something about it. She reached out to me to to help her get into Drug Rehab Center Co. and it has been the best investment ever. She was there for 2 months there and in those two months she turned her life around.

Its left up to these girls whether or not your stuff is worth anything and theyre not that smart. Theyll give you the most valuable things back. They dont know what theyre doing and especially the guy who works there. They really only want tacky stuff

Shir is amazing and super professional, some of front members need a little coaching on people skills, aka customer service. Merc is super sweet and answered every question but overheard a couple front desk talking very rudely.

Well I think for a good will there prices are high . every time I go I really hate to pay $15. dollars for a used shirt .i have lots of designer clothing i have found at the good will.

Never Again!Stopped in on a break. I love crossroads in Costa Mesa, Pasadena. I walked in to staff (3) talking to each other-at some points very loudly -so the dressing room girl could be part of the convo. regarding a few of their worst customers & fellow employees. I made eye contact w/ Aprox. 3 of the other shoppers and just shook my head. Its one thing that TBH your overpriced, but other stores are clean & organized, music, pleasant atmosphere.Not here. I had items in my hand, after they continued for far far to long. I hung my stuff up & walked right out. Still hearing check out girls continuing to talk about now-themselves -while checking customers out.If this was my business- Id be extremely embarrassed.Ill stick to Mesa. 🤔

Such a horrible place, the service is horrible the girls that work at the front are rude. I checked online to see what they were excepting for the winter so I took everything in that matched. But they didn’t except anything I had name brand things also but not one thing. This store sucks and they never except anything even though online is shows that that’s what they are looking for. Never going back!

I love this CTC! Associates are very helpful finding things you need. Lots of high-end designers, Balenciaga, Christian Louboutin, Lanvin, etc. If your Spring wardlobe needs little SOS, CTC is a place for ya!
