This is a nice store but its a bit tight and hard to navigate with a stroller.

It is so ridiculous to have one of the biggest spots at Irvine Spectrum with 2 entrances and still have dressing rooms closed. Its even more ridiculous to carry the same bogus return policy. This business is doomed if you continue this policy of not allowing people to try on clothes, and then being rigid when it comes to exchanging or returning items. Get it together!

The Q Clothing Store in Irvine Ca at670 Spectrum Center DrIrvine Ca,had clothes in the store dangerous and unsafe the way the clothes were made and racked, and shelved on the racks/shelves in the store. I could not wear any of the clothes because they burned my skin. Again The way it was made and racked in the store by employees doing witchcraft/cursing the clothes. The clothes were also made manufactured like this and in this way (cursed)deliberately intentionally made like this; trying to curse me and make it so I wouldnt have clothes to wear nor buy. Stop making unsafe clothes for me. You even know who I am. This is a formal complaint Also the Q at 1818 N GRAND Ave Santa Ana CA has the same issue. The jailhouse clothes and store in WESMINSTER Ca. All Q Clothing stores. And Spectrum which is this complaint in Irvine has shoes that are disgusting full of witchcraft dust and dirt from leopard thats on its shoes and clothes I cant buy or wear because its made like this.

A nice to place to shop while your children play nearby at the water fountain, on the carousel, the playground, the family center or nearby bakery. They carry whatever you can’t find everywhere else nearby. From makeup to clothing.

Awful customer service. My sister & I personally, didn’t have issues, but our friend of color was constantly being watched & treated as if she was going to steal. When she had questions or wanted to try on pieces, the employee was rude & short with her. It got to the point where our friend wanted us to ask for her.That should NOT be the case.Never coming back to this location, it definitely gave us the impression that it is an anti-black company.Ridiculous.

I bought a belt which is in a good quality which is surprise me it was jus $5.

They are very rude and dont follow store policy. I spent around $300 on clothing. I went back to try to return or exchange 4 shirts for store credit, but was denied that service. I had my receipt. Clothes were neatly folded and had all tags. Never coming back again. Please note that whatever you decide to buy, you wont be able to exchange or return.

You can’t try on any cloths and there are no returns. Management needs to get their shot together and open the fitting room. Every other store already did

Store worker helen denied us service until she checked our bags and babystroller...opened up everything until she was content and she was proven wrong.Made us take every single item out piece by piece and go back and forth through the entrance and guess what..ur alarm still rang. definitely will not be going here again..made a scene infront of the store..happend 12/8/20 @5:50pm..if the securities outside didnt check us..ur employee shouldnt have to either especially when we barely walked 2inches into the store..should show the employee how to handle it in a professional manner next time..instead of going off assumptions.

BUYER BEWARE!When trying to exchange a shirt that I purchased a few days earlier, with a receipt I wanted to exchange it for another shirt that was more expensive. I took it upfront to do the exchange and the employee which seemed like the owner or relative of owner told me that“ you can only exchange one time”, by that she means per person because I clarified with her if that’s what she meant. Specifically on the receipt says you can exchange or return with tags attached 14 days after purchase if it isn’t a dress or romper which I had both tags attached and receipt . So ridiculous. Money hungry is all it is. They will not be receiving my business anymore.
