The team at Pacific are exceptional to work with. The co-owner Adriana helped us find new slabs to match current granite in our kitchen. She saw our photos and said that she recalled that they had a close match but the slabs were in Sacramento location. She shipped the slabs down 2 days later with no needed commitment from us. Last year I went looking for quartzite for my kitchen counter . I went in multiple times before I made my purchase of 2 Macallan slabs. They did not have enough for my kitchen so they brought in three more slabs for me to choose from. They even pointed out a smaller slab they had so I would not have to purchase more quartzite than I needed saving me $1500. Everyone there were professional and a joy to work with. Every time I go in the kitchen I am happy I went to Pacific Stones.

This stone store is fabulous and my salesperson Rachel really worked hard to get me, literally, the exact slab I dreamed of! After going to virtually every stone store in Anaheim, I found this place by googling “stone slab stores near me.” I was tired, cranky and frustrated with people who just wanted to make a sale when I walked in and met Rachel and the rest of the employees at Pacific Shores. They have a plaque on the wall about how the staff takes the time to understand your spirit. It’s true. Rachel walked me through the yard asking me questions. They didn’t have anything that caught my eye, so Rachel said, “what colors do you like?” She asked me about my home and about me. I said “I like soft colors. I don’t know whether I want green or blue but I don’t really know what I’m looking for.” She said she had something in mind. She showed me on her computer and then had some slabs sent in from other locations. The stone was exactly what I want but that I could not envision! She and everyone else at the store assisted me in picking the two slabs that have everything I want. I cannot believe I stumbled into this fabulous store. Thanks!
