Shopping here was simple. The products were shown clearly and explained in detail. I got my order within several days and it included a coupon for my next order. The diabetic test strips I ordered were cheapest here. Definitely will be returning to this company next time I need supplies.

When placing my order I accidentally picked the wrong state for my shipping address but within an hour of placing the order, Jason from customer service gave me a call to correct the issue. He was extremely polite about my mistake and resolved the issue without any delays. Even with that little hick up my diabetic supplies were still shipped that same day! It was comforting to know their customer service is on top of things even after I have placed my order. These guys have my vote and future business 100%.

I would be Leary of these guys. Better Business Bureau rates them as F worst possible raking, due to multiple complaints.

In the past, I have had poor experiences purchasing test strips online, most of the time the expiration dates are within months. Its very difficult to tell because most sites (including Walmart and Amazon) dont disclose expiration date, and there were a couple of times when I received the package with an expiration date that was less than 2 months away. Not DW. Diabetic Warehouse has continued to exceed my expectations with every aspect of their service. They get an A++ from me.
