Waited for over 20 min for someone to even greet me. The man at the counter was very rude to customer and told her not to talk to him like that.. she was upset about her ring and wanted a replacement but was very courteous. Horrible store and horrible service. Pictures below are of the sales persons attending. Fire these people!!

My wife and I got our rings and my watch here. The rings were fine but the watch was not fitted for me. We went there two times and told them we will be moving out of state. They told us we’re able to get a resize in other Kay jewelers store even out of state. We went to one Kay’s here in Las Vegas. They told us only the original store of purchase can resize my watch. Its frustrating knowing we live here in Vegas and the only way I can resize and wear my watch is by going back to California, driving 4 hours, just to resize. This should have been communicated properly.

They are THIEVES, read the other reviews too, I bought two of the same ring due to time constraint issues, one online and one at the store in Santa Ana. I tried to return the one I bought online several days after it got delivered. I took the receipt and the ring I ordered online and tried to return it at the store. I brought both rings with me to the store just to show I dont need two of the same ring and thats why I was returning one. The owner would not only NOT return my ring without seeing the receipt of my other ring that I bought at a different store that did not have anything to do with what I was trying to do there, he tried to let me walk out the store without giving me my ring and tried to steal it. luckily I noticed right away when I left the store that I walked out with an empty box. When I walked back in and asked for the ring back he would not give it back to!!! It was not till I had until my wife send me a picture of my receipt from other purchase from the other store that he finally gave my ring back. The guy is a thief he tried to steal my ring dont shop here!! You wont be dealing with honest people. Worse of all after I show him proof of purchase of my other ring that I bought from another store he didnt even apologize to me after finally returning back my money for the ring I wanted to return.

Service good if you want to buy something. Otherwise, service is bad. Waited ~25 minutes to pick up a repair because both staff were helping other customers who wanted to buy. When they got to me my entire transaction took no longer than 60 seconds.

I have been a customer for quite some time, enjoyed the associates & the attention I received at Laguna Hills Mall location. When transferred to the Spectrum location I didnt think I would have the same experience and I was surprised and pleased, I was greeted with a warm welcome and provided with the same type of service as a familiar patron. NOT TRUSTWORTHY . The GIA Graduate Gemologist tried lying straight to my face not realizing I am very well educated in diamonds . Truly cannot believe he tried tell me the diamond was not the same as the certificate just to try and get a sale out of me . Would not recommend this place to anyone !

Be very very careful! DONT BUY FROM THIS KAY JEWELERS, THEY GAVE US A SMALLER DIAMOND THEN ADVERTISED, AND WHEN WE WENT TO RETURN IT IT WAS ONE EXCUSE AFTER ANOTHER, AFTER WE MET ALL THE DEMANDS TO RETURN THE DIAMONDS THE MANAGER SAID THE DIAMOND WE ARE TRYING TO RETURN IS SMALLER THEN WHAT WE BOUGHT LIKE WE ACTUALLY TRIED TO SWITCH IT, THE GEMOLOGIST TOLD HER MANAGER THEY WERE THE RIGHT MATCHING EARRINGS BUT HE WAS JUST TRYING TO FIND EXCUSES AND VERY INSULTING. TRUST ME DONT BUY FROM THIS PLACE

Bought an anniversary band online, within a week of receiving it, a stone fell out. I took it into the store, met with Daniel, with whom weve had a few transactions in the past. He says no problem, its a new purchase, itll be a couple weeks, and they jewelers would replace the missing stone and tighten the others, polish, and clean the ring. Fast forward two weeks and I get the email that the ring is ready for pick up. I go in, they get the ring and put it in the sonic cleaner. Lo and behold, the ring come out missing a different stone. Daniel assures me that they will take care of it. He tells me to take this ring home and they will order a replacement. I ask him to write something down for me because Im not walking out of the store with no documentation and a ring missing a stone. He writes a note, not good enough for me but Im trying not to seem difficult here. As Ive said, we have made purchases previously without issue. He says hell call and update me tomorrow. No call. I call in and speak with Peter, there are no notes on my account. I leave a message for Daniel. He calls the next day and says that they will order directly from the manufacturer and it will be here around the 13th. Which I see now is exactly 60days after the order, also the cutoff for returns. Im not waiting. I call in and speak with Peter, who says he is an Assistant Manager. He is of no help. He talked over me, asked a question, and kept talking. I am very frustrated at this point. I want to return the ring. Peter says that requires a manager. Corporate 800 number rep says anyone working in the store can process a return and if they arent schooled at it, protocol is to reach out to a sister store to get a walkthrough of it. This whole experience leaves such a sour taste, I have loved Kay Jewelers for a long time. My husband bought my engagement ring at Kay back in 1992, before he went to Somalia for the USMC. They held a special place in my heart for a long while after that as he bought several rings for me once he got back. This location has ruined their reputation for us. I want to start fresh but Peter has created a blockage by saying he cant return the ring without a manager. But hes the AM? I am currently on hold with Corp and the rep has been very informative. But it shouldnt have to go this far for this location to fix this. Im so upset with the whole experience. And my husband is still without his 26th anniversary gift. FIX THIS!

Only 2 words come to mind...Clown Shoes. They make a mistake, then when I try to return it, give me the run around about returning my money and not enough cash in the drawer and I cant return it on your card because you paid cash. To make matters worse, they dont ever answer the phone, and the 800 number is a joke.
