I buy from this place pretty often and didnt have any problems until today. I go to purchase a Evolving Skies 3 Pack from them and i go to open it up, 2 of the 3 packs were resealed. I go back to see if i can get a refund or any type of compromise but the guy just tells me You needa contact Nintendo on that one. They dont even sell the items for retail price and them just saying they purchased them from Nintendo doesnt prove to me its legit. I basically lost 19 dollars for packs that were already opened and they didnt seem to care they were selling fraud items.

Chill place to play card games. They have a room where you can play board games, mtg, and yugioh. They do have daily events so check em out.

This place is in the Irvine Spectrum Mall. We didnt know that until arriving, lol. Its in section C which is a right turn after exiting the parking garage and passing D&B. Its full of interesting stuff and has a hefty selection of board games from rpg to basic Monopoly. It has kid stuff, adult games, even D&D. I recommend checking it out when nearby. It packs a lot into a small space and the lady working was cheerful and helpful.

They sold some pokemon cards to me at a much higher price than what my friend received earlier in the same day. Very sus.

The store it was huge and clean. They had a great selection of games that includes board games, role playing, and puzzles. They even had mini brands. The employee Eric was super nice, he helped me find everything I needed. 10/10 would come again.

Decent store, kids got pokemon/board games/small figurines and plushes, downside is they dont really have anything new school i guess its all like mario battleship and d&d

Been here a couple of times as its moved different locations in the Irvine spectrum. This place is my favorite game shop for Dungeons & Dragons terrain. They have a large selection of minis, terrain, and other miscellaneous dnd goods. If youre looking for games as well, they have so many its hard to pick. Staff is always friendly and helpful with dnd items.

Ive been to this store several times. My son loves looking at the toys and we purchase something for him each visit. However, when we visited today, either the manager or owner, gave my son a disapproving look. She then approached us and said not to put the toys on the floor. She wasnt even polite about it. She also told another child who was holding a car to either buy it or put it back. I immediately left and took my son to another toy store. Ill probably never go back and I recommend parents to not take their kids unless they dont mind being treated similarly.Occurred October 17th at approximately 7:30 pm

DO NOT SHOP here! I came in this store in hopes of supporting a small business during the pandemic and had a horrible experience. I spent $60 on toys for my kids, one item was a $30 play dough set. When we opened it immediately after leaving the store, we noticed the play dough was completely dried up. I immediately brought it back, they said they would exchange it by refunding me and charging me again. Turns out, they charged me twice. I called the store and the person was rude and refused to fix the problem, saying his boss was out of town. When I asked his name he panicked and pretended not to hear me, he stalled the conversation not wanted to give me his name. He finally said it was “Layton”. Then stopped responding. I called back and he did the same thing. It was incredibly rude and frustrating. Save yourself the frustration and shop Target or Amazon. With this kind of customer service, it’s not worth it!

Great selection of board games and magic tricks but I noticed the employees do not wear masks and one was coughing and not even covering their mouth.

A wonderful game store with wonderful employees. A very helpful employee name Micheal helped me with every question. A great store for family board games, tabletop games, and plenty of miniatures to pick from. Solid good times, will return soon.

A ton of games for all ages, the guy working to send to know all about everything, we had a nice chat about D&D as well as helping us find new games to buy for game night.Everything was kind of expensive, but still we bought there because he was so helpful and knowledgeable, could probably buy on Amazon for half the price.Its good to have a game store.

Great selection of games and toys. They have a lot of board games and interesting toys on display. The owners are informed and enthusiastic about their product. Im going to be taking my kid here for some small business Saturday shopping.

At long last, a WORTHY STORE for the tabletop fans in Irvine! They have everything: DnD minis, boardgames for the casuals and hardcore, card sleeves, MtG packs, and so much more.The only thing I could ask for past just bringing the thriving boardgame community to the public would be tournaments or an area to actually play them.

Had a very bad experience at this store with the supposedly owner. Did not even deserve a star, but had to give it one in order to leave this review. Not sure if the owner is going to read this, but this is directed to you.....you as the owner should know how to treat your customers, which In this case is the kids. There was no need to yell at a child and push him with the sign(you have no right to touch a child that is not yours) when the parent was right there about to say something to the child...when confronted you said I could yell if I want to because I’m the owner. That does not give you the right to mistreat a child, I bet if it was the other way around you would not like it. One more thing, it also made you look like a racist because another child did the same thing as mine, and you looked at the child’s parent and nicely told the parent if they could please remove their child from where he/she was. If you are going to treat a customer differently because of the color of their skin put a sign up letting the people know so they can avoid being mistreated and having to explain to a child why they were mistreated.
