The Christmas miracle really exists even if you dont believe in it. We had a lot to do in quarantine for a whole year at home. We built it. And as usually happens, the coronavirus changes the delivery time of spare parts and goods. It was not our goal to finish the renovation of the house by the end of the year, but thanks to this company, we managed to do it. To order a garage door, a specialist came to us to make preliminary measurements and, based on this, find out whether they had anything in stock that was suitable for us in size. I dont even know how to describe the design of our exterior, but we knew that with a garage door, we can add a piece of the loft. The most interesting thing is that they had a dark gray garage door with all the components, which someone refused to put in at the last moment. Since we did not have time to make the door at the factory, we managed to do everything and install the garage door in a week.

For as long as I can remember, Ive always had to service the garage door. Not the door itself, but still. A lot of times, since the doors were sliding, I had to clean the ice in front of them because they couldnt open. There was not always enough time to clean the snow and ice. The same can be said about the road surface, if it forms any pit, crack or hillock, the gate will also not open. I was happy to learn that our garage doors had fallen into disrepair and had to be replaced with new ones. I left a request on Yelp the same day, and the next day I wrote that I was interested in the rising gate. In this company, they replied that they have such doors in stock and at an affordable price for me. I decided not to bother and order the installation of doors from them. I did not lose, the company was really very responsible and they brought the garage door exactly on time and exactly in the color I wanted. The doors were intact and very clean, even after installation.

Had a wonderful experience with Urban Garage Door. After I waited most of the day for another company to come and they were hours late for the appointment time with no explanation or warning- I decided not to work with them and find someone else. And I’m extremely glad that I did… I was able to reach the owner, Guy who personally came out and explained all of our options to us thoroughly and went into the pros and cons of each. We did not feel pressured, and him and his team went above and beyond. Jorden, who also came and helped us was also very knowledgeable and friendly. They even helped us move a few things that were too heavy for us to move alone. We were extremely happy with everything and will be referring them to friends and family.
