Not only does B&C carry top quality products, they also have top quality staff. They helped us find a $2.00 plunger O-ring that saved us from spending over $100.00 on an entire drain assembly! This store is a fantastic resource for merchandise as well as customer service.

Oustanding selection and customer service.

Went in to look for a sink to fit my grandmothers cutout on her marble counter and we had no luck. The guy helping me out was so nice treated me with great respect and was extremely knowledgeable and I will definitely give this a 5 stars based on my experience. It seems alot of other big companys have lost the value of a customer. Not here. They are different.

I’ve visited today and planned to spend a significant amount of money buying new hardware for my entire house, but not one person in their show room even showed any interest or said hello to me. Very disappointing! I could only imagine if I actually made a purchase there would be no customer service follow up. I’m spending my money elsewhere!!

Strange rude place with many salesmen on either cell phones or talking to each other, ignoring customers... i walked around for a good 15 mins looking at their stuff and wasnt greeted by anyone... lol, maybe I didnt profile to their standards (hahahaha).

Pretty awesome guys, they allowed me to pick out what I wanted and had it ordered right there on the spot.

Nice selection and good quality but buyer bewareWe went into the store looking for a replacement faucet that would fit a thick countertop of 1 5/8 inches. We were not in a hurry as we were just trying to reduce the amount of water that flew off hands onto the countertop. The selection in the store was large and they were quality products. When we mentioned the thick countertop we were reassured that if the faucet they had in stock did not work we could return it without any charges.The faucet was not able to extend through the countertop so we brought it back. Then we were sold a faucet which was farther from a solution, with screws and handles which were shorter. This time there was a restocking fee and we were to pay return postage to the tune of over $200. The sales rep suggested we use a jigsaw to cut away some of the wood. That would not be the right tool, lacking control of depth which could crack our travertine countertop.I then asked the manager for help. The second faucet was clearly shorter than the one which did not work and if the sales person had expertise we would not have been sold that faucet. The manager said there were some aftermarket adapters but not of good quality and recommended we use a saw or replace our countertop so the faucet would fit. I would not be writing this reviewe if she had not suggested we rip out our beautiful travertine countertop and backsplash to accommodate the faucet they sold me.The strengths of the store are a large selection of nice quality products. If you aren’t worried about trying to stay within specifications by all means this is a nice place. If you are trying to solve a problem like we were the staff lacks expertise and the management cares more about the sale than customer service.

Absolutely a great experience, very helpful and delivered as promised. If you dont find it here they dont make it.
