Worst Company to buy DTG printers from, My machine arrived and it did not turn on, after spending days with different tiers of Tech support I decided to returned the machine once and for all, no one was able to troubleshoot it, so before the 30 days returned policy they have on their website they did not accepted and here I am still waiting on the dispute to finalize after more than 3 months, I will updated this review once this nightmare is done, over 90 days I lost so much business not just the 20K the machine cost but all the orders they had to be declined for not having a machine that works. Do yourself a huge favor and DONT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

If I could give them - 0 Starts I would. This is the 4TH time my machine shorts and dies on me completely and omniprint won’t take any responsibility nor help. Please people please stay away this company is a scam. THIS IS THE 4TH time I replace all the circuit boards. one print head, 4 capping stations not to mention the spring and waste bottle broke the first week I got the printer. VICTOR PENA IS A SCAM. save your money. Victor should be jailed.

This company is a complete DISASTER! We have been lied to & stolen from. For 5 months I have been trying to get anyone of authority to call me and I get no response, just an endless stream of some one will call you back. I have a machine that does not print on my fabrics after the sales person guaranteed us it would. This company is only out for themselves and they can not care at all about their customers once they have your money! Do not buy from them!

This is the worst company to do business with. They make false promises and then want to rely on the agreement that you signed to get away with not giving you all the products that you’ve purchased. Once they got my $20,000, I can’t reach anybody to assist me with getting the other merchandise I paid for. They’re rude and I would not purchase anything from them again. As a matter fact I’m looking into filing a lawsuit against his company. If zero stars were an option that’s what I would’ve chosen

Completely disappointed in the product and especially the customer service! After receiving a replacement printer, one week later and the printer has malfunctioned and no one is willing to assist or communicate at all. Do not buy this printer or any product from OmniPrint International.

I have the plus. First of all, Marvin was my sales rep and he is awesome. I bought and received my Printer and Heat Press right before quarantine and my Dual Pretreat machine soon after and I love it. I was initially going to do a lot of poly work through my distance running connections but that immediately dried up. I leveraged my fashion clients and built my own brand and am doing well so far and growing. The prints are great and it handles detail very well. Not disappointed at all. Maintenance is easy and a focused Facebook page for common problems has helped me tremendously even when I am printing after business hours and on the weekends. I highly recommend.

Ill keep this short and simply, every issue with the printer they will blame it on USER ERROR in order to void warranty and make you pay for whatever is wrong with printer. I was trained by someone who was with the company for 1 week along with my printer did not work out the box (and yes they try to blame me at first)

The best experience. Jose made the process easy from introduction of printer, to financing and finally delivery & set-up. I bought the printer without even seeing it in person and almost 2000 miles away. The team who helped me with the training process was awesome. I know if I have a technical issue they are just a quick IM away. Also i would like to commend Jose who is there after the sale and can always depend on him to answer any question at anytime, and I mean anytime even if he is not at the office. I am very happy with my total experience with OmniPrint and my printer and looking forward to that 100 shirts per week production I will be doing soon.

I love my Freejet plus now, I was on the edge of putting a bad 1 star review when I received a call from Serafin the Tech manager (I think that is his role or Director) at Omniprint. I understand now that there is a learning curve and I will take some blame for it, but I will say that their training needs some improvement. Serafin trained me for a bit as a courtesy on a Saturday. The sincerity and the follow-up is why I give Omniprint 5 star, if this type of service continues the sky is the limit for my business. I also need to shoutout Victor for having so many great people around him and making sure that we are taken care of. I know that I can be an a$$ with people but the tech team were all very friendly and helpful even though they could not fully assist me and in their defense I was being rude because I was frustrated. All we need as business owners and customers is a little attention because these machines, from any company are not cheap by no means!!!! If you are new to DTG be patient with the process and make sure that you really pay attention and not just fly through the videos like I did in March. Thank you Victor, Serafin and Omniprint I look forward to a long lasting relationship.

I spent almost 20k on my DTG printer. The machine is insanely slow, prints cost way more than they say they do and customer service is very poor. There are a ton of maintenance expenses they dont tell you about. The printer is difficult to operate. I had employees quit because they were so frustrated with this machine and omniprints support. Ive been trying to sell this machine and no one who knows anything about DTG wont touch this machine (Omniprint freejet 330tx). I cant even get anyone to look at it for the $5,000 I listed and again, I paid almost 20k and my machine is pretty much new.Screen printing individual prints are easier and cheaper than this machine.If you buy an omniprint printer, you are buy a very expensive, very ugly paperweight

Ive been printing with a 330TX Plus for about 18 months now. The learning curve is long and patience is truly a virtue. Never rush job and ALWAYS adhere to a maintenance schedule. Hard to believe, but the results really are worth it. And while Ive had pitfalls and epic failures along the way, the support staff have always had my back

I was hesitant to commit due to the cost and starting something new; but Marvin worked with me and handled all necessary ends to make the process non-stressful. The personal support that was given to me was above and beyond. Thank you Marvin you’re the best. Ive had 3 printers from OmniPrint over the past few years, and all three ended up needing repairs. Cui, one of the great techs at OmniPrint, came to my shop and miraculously got all three back and running in no time! He even gave me some tips on maintenance. Im very happy with the service I received!

It was a great experience working with Jesse mares from omniprint online, He is really knowledgeable and has the experience to deal with DTG conflicts of any matter. Im in my 7th month with this nightmare of a machine and company. Horrendous customer support, they are next to useless and will take days to get back to you while you bleed money from lost revenue. Overpriced is being very generous, everything in their sales pitch is a complete lie, it isnt a business in a box, its a nightmare. I think Ive developed an anxiety disorder from having to turn this thing on to new problems almost every time. When theyre working correctly which is maybe 10% of the time they do print nice images. Dont buy anything from them unless you yourself are an Epson technician or an engineer or something.

My t-shirt printer was working fine for most of a large order when it failed to receive any more print information from my computer; saying there was no connection. After much frustration and replacement of every cable and hours of failure, I finally called Omniprint for help. While getting through to a service tech was annoying and took until the next day, the tech, Warren, was smart and knew his stuff. He was very helpful with his diagnosis and connected to my computer through a remote link. He was able to discover that I needed to manually install software updates and attempted to do so, but the updates stalled and would not install. He suggested trying again overnight, which I did by following his instructions. The updates were installed and I fired up the printer and sent a test print which printed successfully. I was able to complete the t-shirt order in time and the machine is now working properly, thanks to Warren.

Had a really great experience with Morgan. Was having multiple problems with my printer and need some service. Morgan came right on time with everything he needed tools and all! Spent a few hours with me and was very thorough while servicing as well teaching me as he check each part of the machine. Honestly cant explain how much of a life saver Morgan and Serafin were. Would do Negative Stars if I Could!! I recently purchased a 330tx last October and have had issues from the start. Started with faulty soldering job and had to come out and replace before I could even fire up my machine. Now as time goes on problems have increased and there Customer Service is Horrible and very unresponsive. For spending 20k you think you would get a success Manager to make sure your investment is going well. To top it off I Drop of my printer for review and they wouldnt see if with out a $250 deposit and it is still under warranty! The owner himself doesnt have the decency to respond to my messages and make this right. I really feel I thru 20k down the drain cause they will not respond to my issues. I went with this company because they are local and figured customer support would be top notch but was I wrong. Very disappointed and hope I can get my investment back. I will be seeking other options for whom I do business with there are a lot of other DTG out there with good customer service and values

Since i purchased my freejet 330tx last year ive been able to bring my business from a garage where i started now into my own office with regular clientele purchasing DTG prints. This printer really is the best in the industry and omniprint has been by my side everytime i needed some help and support. OmniPrint tech support is incredible. Morgan O. is a an OmniPrint wizard when it comes to walking you through your repairs. His patience with us was wonderful considering we had absolutely no idea what we were doing. He walked us through every single step of the way, the entire time double checking our work before we moved onto the next step. We had a 2 hour time zone difference so Morgan would come in early on his time to work with us, which we truly appreciated. What should have been a very scary and nerve wracking experience for us, was made simple by Morgans detailed descriptions of each part and placement along with his endless patience.

This company is trash. The communication is terrible the ONLY person that was helpful was Jacky (from support to set up the program). He was willing to go out of his way to connect with other departments to find answers for me.If you have an issue, there’s no management that they will direct you to. Every service rep seems to have a different understanding of the workflow and policies. I have yet to hear from anyone in leadership.Even the President Victor Pena is accessible on Linked in but he still won’t do ANYTHING to resolve any issues you have. They won’t respond back and they’ll ignore you.READ ALL THE REVIEWS and do your research throughly. These sales rep likes to hold back information and will neglect you once they make their sale.I’ve filed a complaint with the BBB and even the, they refuse to respond. I’ve heard great things about the products but the customer service is garbage. If you like being treated like you don’t matter this company would be the way to go!

On November 22 I ordered parts to fix my TX. Needed a printer head and pump and so on. After A MONTH, I still didn’t receive my parts. I called ups and they told me Omni had to make the claim. After a MONTH OF phone calls OMNI was telling me to make a claim woth ups. through some connections I had the corporate ups number and got a claim rolling. January rolls around and still nothing Omni won’t send me the parts unless I send more money. I have a business to run, and I was left alone. A friend of mine showed me how to flush the printer head which worked pretty well not perfect but good. And my pump is not awesome but works. He gave me enough to hold me through. So now it’s March. Ups has closed the investigation, PAID Omni the money LAST MONTH..Omni will not send me the money back. I got a loan to pay for those parts and yes I have been paying that loan since. I told them I wanted the money, to pay off the loan. So here I am sitting. Paying on a loan with no new parts. I got a lawyer in February and they told me to get my money back and they will document every call and email and my interest I am paying. I am VERY disappointed in Omni. My printer is working due to some great friends coming together and booking me up. I am busy enough to purchase another DTG. But this experience, has really shown me where to go. So as of today, I have left 26 vm and over two dozen emails. And nothing, the only email I received is they are “working “ on finding the money???? Well, this unfortunately falls into fraud now. Which takes a different turn for me in court. I lost several jobs and companies I had worked my butt off getting because my machine sat broken and not used for a month. So when you wonder how customer service is woth someone, take a long good look. I was left to rot! And as of today cannot get ahold of anyone, “Mitchell” that I was told would help me I have left 20 voicemails pleading to call me back and yet nothing.....they now have my money and will not turn it back, we have now crossed into criminal charges, and fraud. So be aware!

Excellent customer service and support. I recently had Morgan at my house to help diagnose my issue that I was unable to resolve myself. Within 3 mins of Morgan inspecting my printer he knew exactly what needed to happen. Morgan took his time explaining to me everything that was happening while he performed the fix. Not only did he tell me, he was showing me how to work on the printer, he gave me small pointers on how to extend the life of my printer. End of the day Morgan did a great job cleaning up my printer, showing me how to best maintain it and most importantly saving me thousands of dollars in repairs. Our Omniprint printer is the best. Make sure you buy from Jose - he is always available to answer any questions you have and is super nice!We had an Anajet before that gave us nothing but troubles. Now I can print with ease with no worries about the nozzles clogging up or banding issues. If I need to go on vacation or out of town, there is no worry! My machine can be off for weeks at a time!

Omniprint did it again. They stood by their motto and their excellent customer service. I was having an issue with my TX plus and dealing with a not so easy tech during the process. But as i stated before Omniprint came to the rescue provided me with another tech, who was phenomenal during the entire process given the fact he was taking on someone elses mistakes, and we figured out the problem that day without any more delay. James and Jemma were stupendous and patient which I know is tough because we as consumers are not always that tech savvy. Omniprints customer service is unlike no other and no wonder they are a top tier DTG company.Greatly appreciated,FOREIGN APPAREL

He solves every single one of my problems whenever I contact him with a positive attitude at all times and if its not solution he has its another. I highly recommend his support he responds to your ticket and gets straight to work as soon as he finds where the problem is.
