Interesting choice of clothing, I loved the Annalise Size M, which I got for my girl friend on her birthday. Jacket is good value for its classical quality. Superb Customer Service, they helped me place an order over the phone.

They will not respond for a refund. Bought a 187.00 jacket that was supposed to be 100% real genuine leather. It was fake. Its plastic wanna be leather jacket. Cant seem to get my refund. Save your money dont buy from this place. And regardless to your comment i have no emails or calls about this order and your website did not say lamb leather it said 100% genuine real leatergenuine leather.

They have good staff meaning quality and style but no live customer service . If you need to exchange or return you have to wait and wait and wait when someone will email to youHorrible

Ordered a jacket well over a month ago never received it they told me it wasn’t there problem take it up with the post office and they inform me it’s fadclosets responsibility so it’s a horrible company horrible customer service when I emailed them telling them what the post office said they never got back to me I’ve tried emailing and calling now I’m out $300 don’t waste your money this is the shadiest company I’ve ever dealt with

Saw their Annalise leather jacket and fell in love. It took about 2 months for me to work up the nerve to purchase it but Im happy to have finally made the purchase! Initially I ordered the jacket in an XXL which was far too large, customer service was very helpful with the exchange and I had a large on my door shortly there after. The jacket was a little snug at first but broke in nicely and fits quite well. The quality is great! The only issue I found was that the left pocket is ever so slightly smaller than the right pocket which makes me a little crazy but its worth the rest of the coat. This seems to be a great little company and I highly recommend them to anyone trying to get away from big brand leathers.

Got my new jacket a few days ago! 3 days before the expected delivery date so that was nice. Fits perfect. Love the customer service when I messaged them about when my order would be here...very friendly. The leather is great quality and exactly what I was looking for! Two rad thumbs up!

Ordered a jacket after reading the comments about being true to size. When it arrived, I realized Id prefer a more roomy fit. Im not usually one for returns but I did it, exchanging for a larger size. The return process was no hassle and my larger jacket is here and I love it. I ordered a Blue Leather jacket for my father from Fad Closet. The jacket took a bit of time to arrive by mail because of the holiday rush. I contacted customer service and they were very solicitous and assisted from order to arrival of the jacket. Let me tell you, the jacket is butter soft (beautifully rich color) and fits my father perfectly. I will certainly order from this store again.

I am very pleased with both jackets. I purchased the mens white blazer and the mens lexington black leather blazer. Jade from Customer service was amazing. I had purchased the 4XL and realized it was big. The exchange for the 3XL was swiftly done. Excellent customer service! Thank you Jade😊 Both jackets are of high quality lamb leather. Very soft and conforms very well to your body. The leather is extremely soft and delicate so you need to be very careful you dont jag or puncture it. I will be purchasing more from them

I order a jacket for my daughter for Christmas I was kinda skeptical in ordering but I did it anyway I was very impressed with the quality of the jacket and the way it was made. I gave it to my daughter on Christmas Day she tried it on it fit her just like if it was made for her. Im very satisfied with this company I will order from them in the near future. Thank you.

I ordered a leather jacket from fadcloset. Porch pirate stole it and I filed my police report and sent information to Fadcloset. Fadcloset did not care! No email to follow up with me regarding this, no Im sorry this happened to you, heres a jacket or couponnothing... They got their money and thats all that matters to them. So if you are willing to put your money on the line and get it stolen by a porch pirate because Fadcloset sends it to you the cheapest route uninsured.... Go ahead. Roll the dice. You package may or may not get stolen. Either way... FADCLOSET doesnt care... my recommendation.. Order from a company that cares about their customers. I.e. Amazon, Macys etc...UPDATE:Fadcloset called only after I wrote a review. Their offer was to give me 50% of the purchase of the same $200 leather jacket. If I would have accepted that trash offer, I would have now paid them $300 for a $200 jacket. Horrible!!! Spend your money with a company that cares about their customers. Or.... take your chances with a porch pirate and a company that doesnt care. ALSO... I noticed my original review wasnt on their site. This lets le know they Delete most of not all their negative reviews...

Originally I bought the wrong size ladies Motorcycle jacket, but they were wonderful about the exchange! Ultimately I got the jacket and I love it! Great quality and super service!

I ordered a custom jacket from them about a month ago, sent them the measurements, picture and asked for a soft ticker leather. It was supposed to arrive in 15 business day and then I received an email that due to a prior big order it would be delayed! I received the jacket about 25 days later! But the problem was that it was at least two sizes bigger and terrible quality of leather!!!! took the jacket to the tailor to at least make it the right fit( Fadcloset charged me extra for making custom jacket and I didnt want to waste all the money) but now tailor is going to charge me an additional $200 and not sure if it can fixed since it is not a good cut to begin with!I contacted Fad closet and received and email from Ozi that they will take care of the problem but when I tried to contacting him or Hans neither one responded to my emails and calls.They were very nice and responsive when I was ordering and then no response!!!Please be aware before falling for this people!

Ordered a custom leather jacket, they asked me to provide them with the size and a few pictures. After everything was provided they kept me updated on the progress of my order. Jacket arrived 12 days after i ordered it and it feels and fits perfectly. Highly recommnded.

It was posted that it was open. Drive out to here and it was closed. By appointment only. I called and they wanted me to wait in front of store for 1.5 hours till they came back from lunch.

I ordered a car part over two months ago and tried to ask customer service after about a month with no response. I even looked through my spam. I will wait another week before I get my money back. If the reply I get says they have no record of me that’s bs before you read it.
