Theyre always quick to ship and in the case of the port backup do to covid theyre very transparent on why parts are taking longer and when they expect items to ship.

Ordered wheels for my Raptor. Was on back order for about to months but worth it. It baffles me reading all these negative comments. I been dealing with this company for years and never dealt with any of the things people are talking about outside of the items taking a bit to get here. But I know what to expect just by looking at the estimated receiving time. I use them on Ebay and they are always transparent with me. In fact they upgraded my package shipping and I got my wheels 5 days early because I am leaving for Germany with no extra charge to me. The big items like i just ordered arent in stock which is smart on their part. But if you want a good deal. And you have some patinets ATV Galaxy is on point. Thanks again guys. Wheels look great.
About a year ago I ordered 3 Dynatek DSK6-1 dual fire firing systems. (I’ve been purchasing from them for 5 years because of the best price nationwide.) I insisted on paying for 3 even though 2 were in stock and 1 was on back order. After a couple months passed, I contacted them and it took a couple days and my credit card statement to prove that I had indeed paid for 3 and only received 2. So they finally agreed to send the 3rd and it arrived a couple weeks later. All good right ? This gets better.. when it arrived, I opened the box and everything is sealed in plastic or bubble wrap as always, so I put it on the shelf where it sat until night before last when it was needed on the bike that it was intended for. Here’s the funny part, when the “mushroom” comes out of the sealed plastic, it’s only got 1 magnet in it, for single fire not double. It gets better, when the timing plate with the eye comes out of the bubble wrap, the white wire is a foot shorter than the blue one (they’re always the same length). The 2 eyes red crimp connectors each already crimped had an 1/8” of blue and white wire hung out of them. And the brand new coil that looked as if it had never been bolted on a bike, when tested, was no good. My mechanic said that he’s never seen a brand new bad coil before. Who sends something like that to a loyal paying customer ? And surely there’s no recourse for a year old electrical component. They’ll never get another dime of my hard earned money. I suggest if you order something, check it out thoroughly upon arrival.Also the white papers with wiring instructions were not in the box.

Terrible service! My son purchased a kit for his bike, he was told he would receive it in 4 weeks. At 4 weeks he called and they said they didnt have an order for him however they did take his $1500. The eventually found his order and said another week, then another week, after 6 weeks, I got involved. I called and they said that the part would not be in for another 3 weeks at which time I told them that was not good enough. They said 4 weeks and it had been 6. I called and was told last week that the part would be in on Friday and shipped on Monday and that they would call and provide an update if it did not come on on Friday because we are going riding this week, and again when I called to confirm it had shipped they said it would not be in until next week. It has now been 8 weeks for a kit that was suppose to be delivered in 4 and they are still saying next week. This is the worst customer service I have received in a very long time. Terrible service!!!
Very terrible customer service. Shipping is super slow like 20 weeks slow still haven’t received my items. Chris will sit there and lie to your face about shipping times. Take your money somewhere else because they sure don’t deserve it.

Purchased Douglas A5’s and assumed they would take weeks to arrive. Got them in about a week. I have purchased many things from ATV Galaxy with nothing but good things to say.
They took the time to contact vender with my tech questions and gave the answers I needed.
I can understand the delay in shipments due to a lot manufacturers are behind or back ordered. but when i have asked twice if my lonestar arms come with the bushings they said yes bc i was willing to buy them so i didnt have to wait longer but now they say only comes with upper i have been waiting 12 weeks now im going to have to wait longer on bushings. but so far poor customer service.
I first purchased a set of rims from their ebay store that said in stock and then received a shipping date for 75 days later. I canceled and called them direct(big mistake going outside of ebay). They were pleasant to speak with and we solved the issue by me buying larger rims and tires (more money for me). They shipped me what we discussed (so I thought). I received the rims and tires and went from MI to Glamis Sand Dunes in CA but once there found out the rims did not fit my Honda. Get back home and called to discuss and they said they were for a Yamaha and would email me a return label immediately, a week and a half later I get it and ship them back. I banded them together and when they received them the bands were broke and only received 1 rim and tire. They said they would file a claim with Fed Ex. They did not follow up with info such as claim number for me to verify after multiple requests, and now I am in for 6 weeks with no response (they say still waiting on Fed Ex). I have tried to be patient with the COVID issues but this process began in February and I am constantly feed lie after lie to just pacify me. I asked them to just refund me the cost of what they have received (1 wheel and tire) and I would cut my losses and never deal with them again. They keep telling me they cant do that. This company will never see my money again. I have purchased from them before with no issues but all the phone calls and emails I have had with them over this 1 issue and how they have handled it never again. If you have to do a refund return you might as well just call it a loss. This company is a complete scam!! Dont waste your hard earned money with them.
Horrible experience said I would have my parts in 2-3 weeks about 3 months in and nothing took so long I moved houses and want me to do everything in order to get send to the new address horrible service. They don’t have anything in stock just went thru the manufacturer directly and save a lot of time!!!!!! Horrible experience!!!!
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. CALL THE MANUFACTURER DIRECTLY. This company doesnt keep part instock nor is there inventory correct. They were 4 weeks late on delivering my shocks that they said they were waiting on an invoice from Elka for 2 weeks. They told me they had my shocks in stock but the shipping address was from Canada where Elka is located and not Irvine California. Ordered wheels as well and 4 months later still have yet to see them. Have asked several time to talk with Mike the owner and left many messages for him to call me back but never has he returned my call. When I asked what they plan to do for me after spending 3k was told we can ship you wheels with black rings instead of blue or cancel your order. They have no customer service skills at all.

Waiting on a $400 EVO “Big Gun” exhaust system. I emailed requesting a tracking number after reading negative reviews from stores eBay site customers stating their orders were never received. I was told it would take at least 30days for the system to be made🤨

If you want to wait on your parts for 10 weeks after ordering $1,200 worth of parts, then order from this company. 6 times I have called these people and every time I call they tell me next week. Itll be next week. I have never dealt with such a middle man company in my life. If you place your order with them they will domino order from their wholesaler and then blame the whole seller for the delay. If I could give them no stars I would. Be smart use someone else! I personally will never use this provider again.
If I could give them 0 stars I would. My husband ordered rear wheels for his atv back in May. They were supposed to be here the 29th of May. We still have not received them. Have emailed the company multiple times and ita been months now. They wont return any emails and since it was through eBay and longer tan 30 days ago, eBay wont do anything about it. Finally just filed a dispute with PayPal. Will make sure everyone I know knows not to purchase from here. Not how you run a business, I would kmow. I own two.
Do not buy any online orders from this place. They will ship a cheap part and use the tracking number from that to say they shipped the expensive part you ordered. Buyer beware!

Order a set of ASV levers 5 weeks ago that they claim to have in stock but they had a 15 day wait in order to ship. Its been 5 weeks and now they say that they were not in stock that ASV has already ship them which they provided me a tracking number that doesnt even exist and now they dont want to return my money.
I order some fox shocks through them. They ended up not being the right ones. Their customer service has been absolutely excellent, Andrea has been going above and beyond to exchange/get the right parts quickly for me. Overall I am very impressed. Will definitely order from them again!

This company treated me SO well I went out of my way to find them on Google to leave a review. They are available easily via telephone with no runaround. Andrea at Customer Service went over and above to go searching in their inventory for the helmet I wanted (even though their online ad showed no more of them). She found my dream helmet, personally checked it for any problems, set up the somewhat odd mailing address I had to use, and saw to it Id get my package fast. Which I did! The helmets perfect and I cant thank them enough. Wish all companies were operated this way!
Called on the phone for my order. Was told I would get a receipt and tracking number through my email. Never got anything. Parts just showed up at my door.... surprise! Had to call back to ask for a receipt to be emailed. Fast forward 2 weeks. One of my items has a manufacturers defect. I was told the they would call the manufacturer and have them call me. No call, so I called back. I was then given the wrong phone number to the manufacturer, so I had to look it up myself. When I called the manufacturer, they said nobody from ATV Galaxy had called them that day about anything. Good thing the manufacturer is now taking care of the problem. Too bad I had to do the foot work myself though. Thats not how its supposed to work. The correct answer should have been.... Ohh, I see you have a defect... send it to us and we will handle it from here. Heres your new one. Sorry about that.

I found this company through their eBay store, I ordered various items from them and needed to make some changes to my order. I called their number and was very impressed to have a live person answer the phone, handle my changes with no attitude or problems, and then allowed me to come pick it up so I didnt have to wait for delivery.This is a great eBay seller, and a great overall company to work with, I use them as much as I can and I have always had a great experience.
I ordered a UTV part from their eBay store, I was told after a week, manufacturer was back ordered and not sure when item would be in stock. Called manufacturer, item is in stock and is on clearance sale. So I was lied to. Took 2 weeks before manufacturer was given the order to drop ship to me.

What a joke of a company. Terrible costumer service i called and had a question about my order and all she did is laugh and not take it serious and I never got my question answered like I wanted. I’ve been waiting on parts from them for almost two months after they said it would be here in 4 days. The Communication these guys have is absolutely terrible. Poor company to purchase from do not recommend to anyone. If I could to zero stars I would.

Decent selection but terrible customer service. While there waiting for a part I over heard one of the employees telling another that if they have trouble finding the correct part then to just blow off the customer until they go away. That its not worth it to go the extra mile for finding the correct part if its not an expensive one! I was also looking for a throttle cable for my banshee that is somewhat tricky to find the correct one when the same employee I over heard telling the other to blow off customers came to me and told me that the only employee that new which cable I needed just happened to go home for the day about 5 minutes before I got there.If you dont have a part number for those tricky to find parts then dont bother with these guys!

I highly suggest not purchasing anything from these bunch of liars. I spent 245$ on an eBay item from these clowns who knowingly gave me a fake tracking number meanwhile beating around the bush as to where it actually is and if it actually had been shipped. Meanwhile my motorcycle is sitting in a shop waiting for a part that should take 2 days to ship the 345 miles and so far Im on day 5 without a legit answer and refusal to a refund. Save youre self the headache and avoid this company like the plague.

I ordered parts from them online through their ebay account. I paid with PayPal so the payment was instant. Its been 2 weeks and they still havent shipped anything.So far they have lied about how the item will be shipped, lied about actually shipping the item themselves, promised a tracking number which I ever got, and now refusing to communicate. Like so many of their other customers I had to open a dispute with ebay.Before doing business with this company make sure you do your homework. They have a history of screwing people over.

I Order the Hinson billet clutch kit and the full dasa with the pc5 package deal. Shipping took longer than I expected, I live in California also which should of took 2-4 days and didnt get the product about 3 weeks later. Good product but horrible shipping just imo.
Blew stock Kawi igniter running a bit too hard. Ordered a Dynatek ignition from ATV Galaxy for my 300+ miles a week 405 commuter 1998 ZX6R-G1 that was down. No CDIs availible anywhere. Mike pushed through the order and recieved item as promised. The Dynatek ignition is a high quality item with clear & correct installation instructions. It works perfect. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! I purchased a set of Hiper rims from ATV Galaxy through Chris Starek. It ended up turning into a situation that could have been absolutely horrible if not for the excellent customer service from Chris throughout the whole experience. In short Hiper was severely backed up with production to the point where it had many peoples orders including mine significantly delayed. For myself the rims took 2 1/2 months to finally arrive which by itself would be unforgivably aggravating. However Chris was completely transparent through the whole process, updated me frequently on his own accord, and was willing to give me updates whenever I requested them. He was professional and displayed genuine understanding of my frustration in the situation and did all that he could throughout the ordeal. I honestly would have been infuriated by the whole experience if it were not for Chris Starek helping me through it all and doing an excellent customer service job in general. The issue was on Hipers end not ATV Galaxy yet Chris didnt hide from the issue and even went so far as to help me out with a discounted rate on other parts I needed. From a service standpoint alone I highly recommend Chris Starek at ATV Galaxy or Mike in suspension who helped me with my Fox Floats as both guys have been extremely helpful, informative, and personable to where I felt my concerns were concerns of theirs as well. Thank you for the great service through a difficult situation I will definitely be getting more parts through you going forward.

I’m rating two stars as of right now because I just received my order that I placed only 10 days ago. So I am very glad with the fast shipping times, however what I ordered was a suspension kit of Elka Legacy 3 shocks including 2 front shocks 1 rear shock and a rear shock resivor mount. Now what I received was 2 rear shocks and no front shocks. I think this is the best possible scenario for me as a single rear shock is worth more than half of what I paid for the kit. I am frustrated that the order wasn’t made correctly to begin with but I also can’t be mad that they sent me something of 1.5 times the value of what I paid I just hope to have this issue resolved Wether it be them sending me my front shocks with no hassle or I just keep the rear shocks and carry on. In conclusion I wish my order was sent correctly but even if they don’t correct it I will have learned my lesson and made money due to their mistakes.I wrote as of right now in the beginning but reading these reviews makes me think that this will be my final decision on this company because I doubt they will get in contact to fix the issue.
