I’ve been a customer from the Irving Blvd location for more then a year now and every time I go in to make my payment I’m very satisfied with the way the staff are always smiling and their hospitality is grand The Manager is fantastic he helps me on whatever he can and I’m highly impressed by his way of serving me and Frances she’s awesome if I can rate her 5 Stars I’d give her 10 instead all the staff are terrific and I’m happy I got to become one of their Preferred Customers GOOD JOB GUYS KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK

Really was all set to make the deal but did not like how the customer that was giving. Like time was rushed and was more focused on the people who was getting ready to leave laughing making joke and making that sale with thwm count but its ok

I had a wonderful experience coming here. Very clean and organized and the employees were very nice and helpful. They helped me get the washer and dryer I wanted and explained how to do the installation myself which was very easy to do.

SUCH a great experience renting from here thanks to Victor and Francis! I was doing an event locally and needed to rent a few laptops out. They were able to help me find the best price and even did me the favor of picking them up from the location once my event was over! Not to mention how attentive they were leading up to the rental date - even sent texts with personal numbers in case I had any questions for them.AMAZING management and SUPER friendly staff.Humongous thanks to Victor and Francis for making the rental, my event, and the return the easiest part of my weekend! :)

Thqt they have good service

I would have given it a chance. But not sure of the womans name but she has pink hair. I walked in she approached me and ask if she could help me find something i said i want to look first. She ask if i want to hear about the policy and whatever else i said if i find what i want then Ill listen to it. Then she got rude and started blurted them out anyway telling me i have to have a job 4 references really like i was already not qualified. So i just left. Get rid of her she terrible.

Carlos was super friendly, the process was fast, they delivered my product the same day! All the staff members I encountered were super friendly including the delivery guy and another woman who worked there. Carlos explained the payment process to me so well, I understood perfectly. Definitely recommend this place to anyone interested! I also LOVE my product.

Poor customer service, poor quality goodsDeliver products with out power supplies poor quality product that broke within 1 yr. In spite ofnotbe to use becsuse NO power supply, had to call corporate office to even get a call back. Paid off goods not warrentied. Price to high for used poor quality goods. Dont rent from these people! Miguel is a lying and unprofessional piece of trash. Me and my husband rented from a RAC in AR and paid off merchandise. But this one is told me two different stories about the payment process. I moved to TX and my husband is still in AR. I asked about a refund and he said he would take care of it, THEN hung up on me. Im good!

Eh, we got a bunk bed but it took a long time to get it, we also had to build it on our own and it took a pretty long time, expect me to return I guess?

Ive purchased several items from Rent-A-Center over these years but this is the worst one Ive ever worked with. The manager should not be a manager because he has no people skills. I was treated like a criminal when I walked into the store and he spoke to me ada if he was already assuming that I would not pay for my merchandise on regular basis on-time. Go to any site other than this one!

Great service. This people is the best, love carlos i always come with him because he is the best. He always goes above and beyond to make me happy and every single one of his customer. Also he is really handsome young man and if very very very helpful.

Very unprofessional staff. I finished paying off my washer and dryer 4 months ago and I still havent received my original set back. I sent them back to get repaired and they lost my original set and have yet to bring me my replacement. I call just about every week and they promise a drop off that STILL hasnt happened. Shady business. Im looking into taking my issue to corporate or someone higher. This isnt my first bad experience with this location.

Reese provided stellar customer service. Everything he promised came to fruition unlike the other Irving location. He resolved all my issues and we will have our furniture on time.

When you have customers that are weeks behind on there account. You want to call a customer that has 10 accounts at one time, paid off more than you make in a year. You want to call me. 3 days late, due to financial. A 35.00 fee you call and your manager Carlos gets rude and sends someone to pick up my items. When normally I am never late, in fact early every payment. Store 494 needs to get it together. All my accounts are just about paid off and now he wants to harass a good customer. Hope his upper management sees this soon.

Not a customer, but I witnessed very unprofessional behavior of rent a center employees coming to this womans job and displaying her debt in front of all of us. They demaned payment or merchandise in front of customers at a place of business. The woman even conveyed that she will be in their office to speak with them as she was only one day late on her payment. This is very unprofessional and this company should offer to their employees a college course on professionalism. It is not okay to display anyones information to others. Was going to rent with them, but never will I now. Not sure what kind of business rent a center is running, but they definitely need to have a more defined screening process when hiring employees. They obviously have no experience in this field. Hope they manage better in the future.

I absolutly love this rent a center they hunted me down a washer and dryer that was in my buget, not alot of places would have even tried. They are always so nice and knowledgeable. Thank you rent a center for all that you do for our household.

Awesome customer service. I was in and out all of about 20 minutes.

They double the prices on used furniture and a very high print if you don’t pay before 6 months up 5 times more on the original price. Also renting furniture is Ilegal!
