I woke up to a flat due to a HUGE nail in my tire. I called as soon as I noticed it and was told to go in ASAP. I showed up, they checked my warranty and took my truck back. I had NO APPOINTMENT and I was in and out in a hour. My service advisor was EMMANUEL. He is absolutely great. Very nice, professional and always smiling! This is my second service at Toyota of Irving and they just keep going above and beyond with their fast service! Thank you so much! Im so glad I choose this Dealership to purchase my Tundra!

I had a very busy Saturday. Our Service Manager (Mr. Josue Garza) got me in and out in less than an hour. I have been working with Mr. Garza for over one year now and he is the best Service Manager that I have ever worked with! I use to drive a Mercedes and dealt with their Service Department. Mercedes-Benz does a very good job, but Mr. Josue Garza does an excellent job. He always provides outstanding customer service!

I just want to say this place is the most unprofessional, when you bring your car there for maintenance, they removed clips or bolts and they do not bother to put it back. And then the sales person was trying to sell me a market light that was working. If you have to bring your car there make sure they put back everything the mechanic touch. I took both of my cars there, and they did the same thing. I have been to different toyota services, and this is the worse by far. I will come back to that place.

Staff is polite but not helpful, it seems to me that the place is not organized.. after waiting for my car to get serviced and left I went back to ask for an specific work I wanted and drive back in the service garage entrance just to be there about 15 mins observing how employees walked looking lost, customers needing attention and how some looked at me repeatedly without approaching.. after that I felt leaving the place was the better choice. 🌐👎🦃🦃

Don’t waste your time with this service department. Totally unorganized and I always end up having to wait 30 to 40 minutes just to be greeted as every service advisor walks past me and there’s no cars in the bay. I recently had some issues with having to replace tires after only putting 15k miles on my car because this service department never toasted my tires. I obviously don’t want to take my car back to this place and went else were to get said new tires. It was confirmed by Josh Marales the service advisor that I in fact should not of had to replace the tires on a brand new car especially only two were worn out and the other 2 were perfectly fine. He reached out to Bridgestone to try and make this right but they didn’t take care of it and Josh basically threw his hands in the air. Someone’s going to make this right and I will be getting paid for the two tires that had to purchase since his service team neglected my car. God only knows what else the team hasn’t done to my whole fleet that goes to this location.

Had a great experience today at this Toyota service center, especially compared to previous experiences Ive had at other service centers. The team was efficient and did a great job explaining various issues to me. They also suggested less expensive options of resolving a tire issue I was having, even as I was ready to replace the tire all together. Great customer service.

They treated me well. I came in there for a tune up and transmission flush and found out that my water pump gasket was leaking. I got the water gasket replaced under the warranty. This led me to receiving new radiator fluid as well as an engine belt which saved me nearly 400 dol. I’m super excited and the service advisor M Gasca took great care of me. I came in to get a variety of services done on my newly purchased 2018 Camry. Ken was the service advisor that helped me from beginning to end. One of the services I asked for was to update the headunit in my car in order to get Apple CarPlay. This software update wouldve cost me $150 if I went to Toyota of Dallas. Since they provided me with this service for free, they have gained another loyal customer as I have 3 Toyota cars in the family. Even though I live only 5-10 minutes away from Toyota of Dallas, I will be taking the additional 10 minutes to make it to Toyota of Irving for all my maintenance services from now on. Also, if you have decided to come to Toyota of Irving for service, I highly recommend Ken Hawkins to help you with your service needs. He is quick, professional, and courteous.

This place is like a hit or miss when I go for service. Theres a woman who works in the service department who I typically prefer because she doesnt try to screw me. I had a guy once who told me I needed new tires and when I looked at the tread I just laughed in his face and told him to stick to what I told him to service. He even went on to tell me I needed to get brakes when I just had them do it 4 services ago. Like, shut up and just stick to what I tell you before I go to my friends that work in corporate.

I came here...again...because its the nearest place to me, but this will for sure be the last time. I may be going to the one in Grapevine or anywhere else next time.Several years ago, I asked them to do an inspection, get tires rotated, and explained i was going on a long trip. A 10 hour trip on the toad. When I arrived to my destination, my father suggested I get my brakes checked and I found they were scraped almost bare, and had been like that for a long while. The manager did try to make the issue better, but I never gave them a second chance. Driving that way for 10hrs was a HUGE safety risk and Im unwilling to put my safety at risk again.FFWD to today...I came in for what was explained as a 30 minute airbag inspection by a representative on the phone. I made an appointment. Ive been here for over an hour. When I went to ask to reschedule, I was notified of different thinga I could pay for to fix, but they are unable to reschedule or return my car right now. They will need an additional 30 minutes to complete the airbag test. Had I kbown this 30-minute test was actually a 1hr and 45 minute test, I wouldnt have scheduled it for today. I might have done a different day when I had more time.So after a safety issue and how inconsiderate they were of my time, I will never be coming back to this Toyota...and given the numerous recalk issues, I may just stay away from a Toyota all together. These trips, although necessary, are a huge waste of time.
