Terri & her team at Freeman Mazda Service truly turned around my entire experience with Freeman Mazda. Terri is extremely attentive to client experience, details, and authentically having compassion for each person who walks through the service door.Terri ensures either her or her team keep communication open with clients. It is service like hers that will not only keep me as a returning client but also the kind of dedicated worker that has set the pillar for what automobile experience should look and feel like.Unfortunately, I cannot speak the same for the Freeman Mazda dealership. My sales woman took advantage of a situation, rushed my sale, and was insistent on closing the same day - I missed promotional payment options with no follow up by her nor her team. I was also left blithely unaware of multiple warranties and services offered - that would have been purchased. I cannot speak for the entire sales team, but it certainly met the stigma for car salespeople. I will not purchase another automobile from Freeman Mazda.Ultimately, this review is to not harp on the guileful sales team but a HIGHLIGHT of Terri and the Freeman Mazda Service team. Ive worked in client experience developing teams across the US and Terri is the type of leader who should be training all service (& clearly sales) of Mazda. The Freeman Mazda Service team is attentive to detail, and proud of the quality work they do! I hope Terri and her team are acknowledged for incredible work and client experience they provide. A HUGE thank you to Terri & the Freeman Mazda Service Team.Best,JW
Hands down the best car maintenance/repair experience Ive ever had - I cannot recommend Terri and her team enough. They know their customers personally and go above and beyond to make the experience as pleasant and easy as possible. Thank you guys!
We really appreciated the work that this shop put into fixing our old Mazda. After getting a few repairs and a having few test rides, we are back on the road! Their prices and service are excellent!
Great service. Havent purchased yet but they seem like a good group to work with.
By far the best service I have ever received at a service shop. I had purchased a 2013 Mazda 3 from private seller a month ago. I had purchased 2 air filters from Amazon to install at a later time myself. I loved every aspect of the car but it had a deformation in the plastics of the dashboard due to heat which kind of bugged me.So I came down Freeman Mazda Service today for a service check and told them that i had purchased the car recently. They said they would do a full check up for the cost of a regular service check. Also offered to install the cabin air filters free of charge. Then they checked and found the car was still under warranty and offered to repair the dash for free while providing a loaner car for the time being.Im usually suspicious of service shops trying to milk me for every penny but not these guys. They actually care about the customers!I look forward to coming to you guys for all my maintenance needs and will be telling all my friends about you guys. Thank you for your quality service and care for the customers!
The service is quick and accurate, and the free car wash is a really nice bonus.
I have a 2012 Mazdaspeed3 that had issues starting for about a year. Although the fuel pump was replaced and the problem improved, it still continued to have issues. Despite the issue not being the most reproducible and not having anything overtly failing, the service department here (particularly Angela, Terri, and the technician Joshua) all took my concerns seriously and worked hard to get this issue resolved with the least amount of money out of my pocket. I’m so grateful for their patience with this issue, and I’m so happy my car is finally back to prime condition again. They knew how important my car is to me, and it showed in their work. I will certainly continue to return to them in the future!
Great sales people. I bought a new MX5, which I am loving. I also had a great experience with the service department.
Again, performed fantastically. I always joke about not owning a Porsche vs a Miata because I see the cost difference. $40 for a full service, along with a 360 degrees inspection with analytics that describe the cars health status. The same at Porsche would be $200 +, and in my opinion offering the same service as Freeman Mazda. Obviously the aesthetics of the locations are different, but the service is not. I think Mazda should invest some cash in this location to improve quality in build.
I dont like to write reviews but I think is necessary to get well deserve customer protection. I went to my first oil change on my new 2017 Mazda CX5. Everything was fine until payment. The service adviser charge me 82 $ and by that time I remembered I found out a coupon online for a discount on the same services. The service adviser told me he couldnt void the transaction already swiped. Really? Everyone knows all merchants can do that. I was only 5 $ off I was claiming. However, the point is not that, is that I can go any Mazda dealer, not mentioning any franchise for oil change. I bet Mazda might be disappointed on this kind of services.
Professional, timely and efficient. What more could you ask for?
Great service
