Adam is the owner and absolutely the most honest mechanic Ive ever met. You certainly get your moneys worth and can feel safe knowing the job is done correctly. The money was invested wisely with the results youd expect by keeping your family moving safely to and from place to place. One mechanic charged me for a job but totally missed the biggest issue which resulted in my brake pads snapping completely and my vehicle losing brakes. I had my 2012 expedition towed and hit up Adam and he found the source within an hour. We are finally able to trust our vehicle is safe again and will only take our vehicles to Adam. Good service isnt cheap but cheap service is no good. He and his crew are the best and I pass every shop from Mansfield to Irving just to have him service our vehicles.

Always excellent service. Recently while driving a low brake fluid warning light appeared on my dashboard. I stopped in at Mobile 1 Lube Express and explained my problem. They addressed it immediately and when I asked what I owed the owner told me nothing. He said he recognized me from when I was there last year for an inspection sticker. Really they are like a five star family business that take extra good care of their customers. Give them a try when you need auto service.

If I could leave no stars I would, I went in thinking it was the same as where I always took it back home, since it was Mobil 1 and I was wrong. There was no one inside except the people waiting on their vehicles to be serviced. One of the attendants came to assist me and I asked for the high mileage oil, I paid and everything was fine, and that’s when things got weird. I went out to my truck, and my windows were down, I got in to start my truck and it wouldn’t start, no one came to tell me anything until I asked about it, and they said “well we had to jump it to get it out the bay, you need a new battery, we sell them here” but mind you, I never had issues before taking my vehicle there, so I say fine, and they put a new battery in — prior to that there was another customer there who saw what was going on, and he said maybe a line was loose so he starts to see if the battery is connected properly, and the guy, I believe his name was Adam, comes and tells him “are you a mechanic? If not get away from the truck” unless you know what you are doing. Anyways, Adam replaces the battery - I get in; and restart my truck twice, and take off. I was able to start my truck two more times with no problems until this morning 3/9/19, I’ll try to put a video of what it was doing. I called my trusty mechanic, and it turns out the alternator was out, so I wasted 150 dollars yesterday for nothing. The battery was unnecessary. I won’t be going to this establishment anymore, I understand maybe I don’t know a lot about cars but you telling me that was the problem without truly knowing, or maybe you did and you didn’t say anything to get money out of me, would’ve been different. Nothing is stated about refunds anywhere in the building, or prices. I want my money back. He just charged me what he wanted for the battery. You’ve lost a customer.Update:Adam, you told me once to go somewhere else but I had an emergency so I had to get it done there. You never tested the battery with a machine, you adjusted cables, and said its not good after you tightened everything and told me to start my truck up and it wouldnt start. You didnt even let me keep my old battery you took it with you right away and put it in the back. Im not just complaining about the battery, Im complaining that everything was fine until I got an oil change there at your establishment. It was having issues starting the next day, and I had to pay more to get it fixed. That is my problem. Not that you replaced the battery, it was also the cost though.

These guys are far from the typical chain mechanic shops in that they dont bombard you with recommendations and suggestions unless they are necessary. That speaks to their honesty.... They get your general maintenance jobs done fairly faster and cheaper than most shops within a five mile radius...and Ive never had to go back or call them for a botched job. Remember, give courtesy and you will get courtesy from any mechanic.

Dishonest and rude. The first time I went to him, he gave me a quote for service but charged me much more without explaining why I was charged more. When I asked he did no provide an answer. I still paid and gave him the benefit of doubt. The second time I went, he serviced the car and gave me a bill after completing the service. When I politely asked him to explain what was done, he started yelling and asked me to get out. What!!!

This is a family owned place, they are very good at what they do, fast and they will change head lights out and windshield wipers. I bring all my vehicles here for oil changes and state inspections. They are very nice and friendly experts in the car repair business

I have been going there for over 8 years and I have always had a great experience with them. When I first started going there, I brought in my car for inspection and he looked it and said it wouldnt pass because the check engine light was on--so he didnt do the inspection. This was after a different place charged me knowing full well it wouldnt pass! Another time they said the air filter needed to be changed (it did need to be replace) and I said I would do it myself to save a couple of bucks. I went down to Pep Boys 2 blocks down the street and the part alone cost more than what they were asking to replace & install. Last time I brought in my car in for repair was because the check engine light was on. I dropped it off and called the next day -- Adam told me the problem was just a loose wire and he didnt even charge me. I couldnt believe it! This is the only place I will take my car for repairs because they have always been fair and honest. They genuinely place my best interest above just making a quick buck or scamming me like many mechanics - and for that - they DESERVE my repeat business and word of mouth.I read Donna Kayes review -- That sounds like a misunderstanding / accident and Im sure he was happy to make things right.

Fast, convenient, co operative stuffs. They also do the the oil change if you bring your own oil and filter, but make sure you bring yhe correct one and check with them, before you let them do the oil change.

This place is always fast and very fair. Good prices and not pushy like other places. I needes some work done to my vehicle and couldnt at the time so the guy wrote down the parts i needed so my husband could check it out later. He was right about what i needed and not just trying to sell me stuff that i didnt know about which has happened at other places and got me to try this one in this first place.

Most crooked place charged me 95 dollars for oil change and dont even tell me whats going on with my car. Staff was really rude and I guess they are only good with their regular customers. Totally useless to go over here waste of time and money. If you are a new customer they will over charge you. 0 stars from my side.

Friend of my wife went here. They took her money and couldnt properly diagnose the car but took her money any way. They wont give her her $500 back.

I had to return my car back 6 times to get my car fixed, and ended up having to pay twice for the repairs that should have been done right the first time. Dont take your car here for repairs. My car still leaks after being charged twice and returning to have it fixed 6 times! The mechanic said that the timing belt was cracked and had to be replaced when he had just replaced it the week prior. He had to replace the power steering pump twice. And charged me again the same amount of labor for replacing the water pump which should have been done the first time.

I went with my Mazda 5 for oil change and this guy told me that my oil lid is too tight I have to add more money to get it out.. I ask him why they did it too tight the previous time and he started denying the didnt do my oil change. The had removed the sticker from the previous visit but they denied. The he started cursing and telling me oil change is nothing to them. DONT GO THERE. THEY WILL MESS UP UR CAR. I GAVE THE 1 BECAUSE THERES NO ZERO OR NEGATIVE.

I came to this place for oil change that could take 15 to 30 mn but I spent 2 hours after things went wrong with filter removal.They simply broke the part thas holding the filter to my 2014 camry . They tried to repair the part with the glue, and I told him not to do that because this may cause a more serious problem to the engine. He finally accepted to buy a new part and fix the issue.

First of all, I am a woman ! Horrible experience at Mobile 1.. I went here on Sept. 19th, of this year. The owner goes by the name of Adam, although his real name is Kareem Elhindi ! On Sept. 19th., he ordered me a headlight for my VW. He ordered the headlight through Ebay on his phone & i gave him my debit card #. The total was $119.00 & I never was given a receipt. The headlight arrived on Wed., Sept 28th. I didnt need the headlight, due to the fact, I bought a new car, so I paid for shipping to have the headlight returned to shipper. Today is October6, 2016. I called my checking acct., only to find out that someone had ordered a car scanner, total $87.49 from Artic Tools & used my debit card number ! I immediately called my bank & had my debit card stopped. My bank told me the order was placed through Ebay, for Artic Tools. I googled Artic Tools & found their number. I spoke to Michelle. She informed me that Kareem Elhindi had placed the order & used my card number ! I went by his crooked business today. I ask him for the $87.49 that he purchased the car scanner on my debit card with ! His reply was What, What !! I told him give me my money or give me the car scanner !! He gave me $100.00. As I was backing out in my new car, Kareem approached my car & opened my door. I told him to take his hand off of my door, & he replied, Do not stop shipment on the car scanner !Beware ladies, they will take advantage of you because we are women ! Shame, shame, shame on you, Kareem Elhindi ! Later on today, I received a pitiful text message from crooked Kareem, admitting that he had ordered the car scanner for himself ! I wonder how Kareem can sleep at night ? Does he not know that God sees our every move ?

Scam!!! Save your car and money. You go to replace one part and they break several other parts and ask you to pay for them to be replaced.
