If I could provide 0 star I would. I have been waiting since July 2021 to get a quote. The rep apologized about the delay and schedule a time to come out and was a no show. I called again in regards was advised that representative was sick and they would get someone else to come out. Finally a tech came out end of August to our business location, he assessed multiple areas, took measurements and advised to provide a quote within a week. NOTHING. Call a few times again advised to received a call back. NOTHING. Called again in September spoke to a gentlemen that apologize and advise he was the owner and working on it. It is now October 5th. NOTHING provided. no calls, no email responses. Very horrible customer service and follow through. Definitely would not recommend at all.

Ive used this facility many times over the years and have never been disappointed. Everyone Ive ever dealt with have always been friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. The work has always been of the highest quality.

I needed a custom logo job with a 48 hour turnaround. I went to Fastsigns because their name says they are fast and I had good experience with them before when I opened my business. Nice people and nice facility. Absolutely so over priced its not even funny. Compared to other local sign companies in the area they were about 3x higher with almost no effort in design help. In fact they were so expensive I justified purchasing commercial grade equipment from sign warehouse for the cost of the first of 7 signs (the smallest of the 7) and did them myself. Hate to write a review like this but dang 😒

He has even gone in when the store is closed so that I could pick up my display. The quality of the products are excellent and always arrive on time. I would never buy from anyone else.

My office is very close to this Fastsigns location and I have used them four or five times over the past few years, both for interior and exterior signage. They have produced a number of different types of signs for me: aluminum for exterior use, rigid plastic and flexible plastic for interior use. All of the signs were produced quickly, are well made and have held up well. I went to this location the first time because of their close proximity, but I keep going back because of their excellent service - I get the same great service whether Im placing a minimum order or something more expensive. I havent considered another sign vendor since my first order and, if they keep it up, I never will.

A disclaimer - we had just initiated dialogue with this and about 5 other sign companies.The owner sent a rude response indicating were simple minded, were only basing our decision on pricing, and would not bid on it. WOW. We didnt even have meaningful dialogue.Confused. Irritated. Slightly disappointed.I simply told him others had just come out and measured/looked at the spaces. All he had to do was ask for those specs if thats what he wanted. Im not a sign guy, dont know what a sign guy would want and thought I was giving him what he specifically asked for. . . all pieces of useful information that we would have gladly provided had he asked.Perhaps hes having a bad day. Still not an excuse.I WILL AVOID THIS FRANCHISE for all our business ventures in the DFW area. If first impressions mean anything, Id suggest you do the same.
