I have been going to this store for years and NEVER had a problem. I was actually looking to see what time they open today, before i decided to give a review.

I love this place. Great deals and I always come out with more than what I expected to. Staff is so friendly and not all up on you like at other places. Will keep coming back and being a loyal customer.

Very wide selection of hair, haircare, wigs, make up, hair accessories etc store is VERY small/ tightly packed. Kind of set up like a maze, probably easier for them to keep their eyes on you... youre very aware theyre watching, and though I understand its a little unnerving. Was in the aisle with the braiding hair quite a long time and though I heard the lingering, no assistance was offered. Found a great brand of braiding/ latch hair and neglected to make note of the packaging to get the brand name.

They had what I needed. Aisle are very close. I was holding shampoo n conditioner in my hand with another product. The lady was like I can hold that for you. Not sure if she was thinking stealing or being helpful. Smh.

Had a variety of things which I love. And love the prices and quality of the product

They have great customerservice but they are starting to get a little pricey

I dislike the fact of being followed and stared at while getting my money out to pay... Even after previous purchases over $100...therefore I will not be back. Ill take my hard earned money to another beauty store.

Upon entering there is no where to go but to follow the path created to get further into the store and I guess I was walking too slow b/c the male salesperson comes to the end of the path to see if I was coming. No one asked whether I needed help or if I was looking for any thing in particular. After walking around in circles trying to find 6 packs of human in the same brand and color didnt work I went to the front to ask for assistance and explain what I needed. The gentlemen couldnt find it and told me there was some behind the counter if I was willing to pay more. I told him I was and went to the front where there was a female salesperson who had observed the entire exchange. I told her he couldnt find it but told me about the hair behind the counter. She told me it was more again and I said okay expecting that she would let me see the hair now since Ive been searching in their store for quite some time. She instead didnt move but then quoted the price per bag. By this time I realize my patronage isnt being valued so I took my money and left.

Terrible customer service. Sales to display as regular price. Versus displays are supposed to be 10% off. The man which is the owner is very argumentative.

They do have big selection on everyday hair care items ... and they have never been rude to me but definitely give you that Hurry up and Buy vibe if you know you know ! 👀😉🤣

Terrible customer service. You will be watched & followed while browsing through the maze of a store. No one asks you if you need anything & they can’t answer questions about products because they don’t even have the same hair as the people who use the products. But they will be forceful with upselling you products that they don’t use.

Everything was MOSTLY for people of a different color. Saw nothing that had a white womans or mans face on it.

Had nice variety of bundle hair for a good price limited on braiding hair styles though

I continue to shop there because the employees are friendly to me, their prices are reasonable, & they are conviently local; I have been able to find everything Ive looked for. God bless them!🙂

They had what I needed after trying dozens of other beauty supply stores in the area.

I didnt go to look I mean to buy I was looking they usually have nice wigs on sale but not that particular day

This is the best hair store in the area as far as products and prices. I do wish the people working there had better knowledge of the products. There is a younger girl that works there at night, that is the best person to go to. Everyone else wont be able to help very much.

Worst customer service ever. I am new to wigs. I have an important interview tomorrow so I came here to purchase a wig. After trying on a third wig all of different styles the older lady tells me I can’t try on any more because it takes too much time. Instead of causing a scene I just went with the best of 3 I was allowed to try. She follows me to the counter and tells me she’s not mean she just hasn’t had her lunch! No problem I will NEVER COME BACK HERE! Thank you

This place is a great place to shop for all your hair and cosmetic needs and more I would recommend shopping here.

I only shop at this beauty supply when Im in town. I have been a customer since 1998 when she was a tiny little beauty supply!Each year it gets bigger and better. I moved out of state but every time I visit Dallas I make sure I go and see Connie bc she is very knowledgeable and she usually has all the latest things 1st and at the most reasonable price.

Had to wait until the help come out of the back took her time her phone was more important than waiting on the customer

Person behind the counter was ringing up my items and overcharged me by almost $5. If I had not been paying attention I would not have caught this. Beware.

Super helpful! She really went out of her way to find a wig I would like.

I must say about all my wigs here its very compact real stuffy but the selection is good specially if youre talkin about human hair the only thing I dont care for is as much money as you spend theres nothing no giveaways November way so give you $0.05 Pizza gun which is stupid when I just spent $200 free comb free brush it should be something like that not a $0.05 piece of bubblegum thats insulting but the wigs are cute and reasonably priced

I was followed around the store like I was a criminal!!! Then when I turned around and caught the owner standing there after following me around, she said she was just following me so she could be there if I needed help. I will ask for help if I need it. I will never come to this store again. I work for law enforcement and do not need to steal! Horrible! I wish I could give 0 stars!

I swear they come up with prices off the top of their heads. I asked how much an item was they said $14.99 put it down then picked it back up asking the same thing they said $9.99 like really. Its too crowded no walk room

The representative was very courteous and assisted me finding the hair oil I needed. The prices were comparable to other stores as well.

They have a huge selection of crochet hair and braiding hair. Wonderful selection and the prices werent that high either.

By far, the absolute worst customer service Ive ever experienced. I was followed around the store by one worker and to top it all off when I gave the cashier my money, Id begin using one of the $1 lip glosses I had just purchased when the cashier accused me of stealing it! He had to take everything out of my bag and verify that the $1 was included in my receipt. If I wasnt so desperate to find a beauty supply store I would have walked out. I live in a rural area and had traveled 40 miles to find this awful place. DO NOT PATRONIZE HAIR MART BEAUTY SUPPLY!!!

Im a licensed barber I shop here every other week here to Buy my supplies and a came in the buy some Andis clipper guards. They tried to charge me 30$ for. I told them the price wasnt fare and even showed them what there competitor charged to see if they would make it right. I couldnt believe they would rip someones off that was a regular customer. . I even came back and showed him I paid 15.99 at Sallys and for the Mostpart there normally more expensive. They definitely lost me as a customer. Beware!! They will try to rip you off and over price you. This wasnt THE first incident either that I had noticed they had over charged me for something either but this time around was to obvious.

Was greated and thanked for my purchase not much variety in the croshae hair style and color the hair was a bit price for the amount in the bag not my first choice to shop

Very small and cramped area on the wig side. Some of the wigs displays dusty on top and matted. Price tags are not clear so you need to ask. Sales person very forceful with sale tactics.
