This place gets 5 stars solely for the fact that they have an employee like Mike working here. He is the best and he needs a raise ASAP. He knows his stuff and took great care of us. YEAH FOR MIKE!!!!!

I only give them 1 star because no stars is not an option. Customer service is obviously not their strong suit. Multiple reasons why something doesnt happen, speak to 6 different people to get a were working on it answer. All that just for a few parts that I dont even need them to install. Any other company sees that as the easy money and jumps all over it. Not our boys at JCI-Simplex. even when the lack of parts is costing another one of their customers money from loss of revenue the parts cant seem to be found.
