The spices rang throughout out the store as soon as I stepped inside, and it was the most wonderful collection of smells Ive ever witnessed. Everything was well labeled, which made it very easy for me to find what I needed. Honestly for a first time visit, I was overwhelmed, and could only focus on what I needed to get fit dinner, but next time... Im trying all of the spices and produce that Ive never had/tasted. 5 stars for the cashier/clerk who greeted me, and made me feel welcomed.

Do not buy meat from Zamzam. I bought chicken liver and brought it home and it was green slimy and discolored. It smelled really bad and when I called the manager he would not refund me the $2.85. He wanted me to come all the way back to Irving where I work and to bring the meat back so he can refund my $2.85. The packaged date on it showed the seventh and today is the eighth which means they lie on their packaging dates. I will post some pictures and you can see for yourself.

Excellent food haven’t had a bad thing yet, just tried the Biryani special and it was delicious!! Highly recommend best Mediterranean in Little Rock!

This place is disgusting. Stinks like a trash can. It looks vacant of products. At first I didn’t think it was open but it was and there was hardly anything available. Most things are expired and it sure smells like it. Disgusting. Someone is goons get really sick shopping there. I’m reporting them to the city tomorrow. This isn’t right. This is wrong.

I had bad experience I purchased groceries and they charged me twice when I went back too cancel the transaction and the owner deny to refund my money I had to take this issue to the bank and file a dispute transaction very bad people I thought these my Muslim brother but very disappointed

Display should be call sham sham cafe. After telling the management that I would pay the extra 5 dollars to have them deliver this chop steak. They still disregard my order. If you really want good food I dont know if they will be able to supply you. But their customer service is less than acceptable

This store has LOTS of variety in beans, grains, spices and seasonings.... I recommend stopping here first for those items. They are so much cheaper than American grocery stores

I wish Google had no star ratings.... Went here because it is down the street and I only needed 1 thing for dinner, left and went to Kroger....This place is disgusting... It smells like a trash can, the produce is rotting. The meat looks horrid... Everything is filthy.... The health department needs to pay this place a visit! Pretty positive the 5 star reviews are employees or fake theres no way! Clearly from the response over a year later they also have an attitude problem.. All issues are above so im not sure why a phone call to know exactly what the issue is would be necessary

Great quality groceries, fresh veggies & fruits and fresh tender meat. The food was so tempting and especially the kabobs are the best in town. The only concern is kitchen closes early at 7 pm.. 👍👍👍

I just moved to Irving and I went to this store. I bought noodles from them and when I came home I opened three packages and they were all nasty and molted. I check the expiration date and it was expired three months ago. That is disgusting. I’m going to report them. DONT BUY ANY PACKAGED FOODS!!!

The biryani and naan bread are SO good here! Also, I love how affordable all the groceries are! Definitely coming back!

HORRIBLE!!!! I ordered 20 kebabs the night before I was going to pick them up. I told the guy make sure you dont burn them or uncook them and hes like ok whatever. And these kebabs were for guests!! I got there at 4:00 to pick them up and this lady is like sorry our chef isnt here and I dont see your order. I say ok not my problem go call someone to make them!! I have to feed my guests!! And plus I drove 40 miles to get there because there Is no place around me!! Then this rude guy comes up and says oops!! Sorry our chef left he is to lazy to cook !! And he is like ok I can make them for you in 45 min. And say ok. I go back in the car after 15 min I go back in and say how are we doing? And he says sorry man I dont think Ill make it!! And me boiling up and saying how will I feed my guests ??!! He is so calm and says come back tomorrow and get them for free!! And I say what about tonight?? He says too bad sorry man!! So I leave dont trust these Arab people!! Instead I went to this delicious place and got fried chicken for ! So worth the money totally check it out sometime !! Its called krispy krunchy chicken!! Really good!! Dont go to this horrible place ! If there was a 0 star I would give them a -1000000000000000 NOT RECOMMENDED RUDE PEOPLE!!!!

This store has improvised definitely in terms of carrying produce n fruits yet they need to make it bright as store os too dark n also employees are arrogant and rude dont care to greet the customers, so in total it is a customer s nightmare if u have to shop here . I work in southlake and Im used to shopping for arabic food in Arlington in the past but now the drive is too far on an average workday for me. I found Zam zam in irving and now whenever I want to make kanafe or have a craving for lebne and olives with pita bread I just swing by here. Its simple and closer to my area. Nice people working there too.

Yesterday i visited for a quck grocery pick up honestly, it was Stinky before you even get in, they have issues they fix it sometimes it wont smell, but yesterday was horrible, seems like bathroom smell when I step in. I dont know how it pass the city of irving health screening or they dont even check them.
