DO NOT BOOK THEM!!!! I called this company and scheduled a carpet cleaning of only two rooms and I spoke with Mario. The night before they were supposed to come I got a phone call stating they had to push the time back from 9 AM to 11 AM because they were only working with one worker. 11:20 AM came the next morning and I did not get a phone call neither did they show up on time. I called and spoke to Mario again and he stated he was running behind from other jobs and he would be there at my house by 11:45. I told him as long as he is there by noon it would be ok. 11:50 came and he still was not there so I called to inquire about the ETA and he basically told me I can choose someone else because I started telling him he was unprofessional. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

He literally left me hanging. Told me the guy would be there in an hour. 2.5 hours in he tells me the guy wont make it and he sent him to another job. Now people reading this review can judge how honest and professional they are. Now he wont even take the call when I call him.
