Wait wasnt to bad; I arrived right before noon. I would recommend calling in advance on popular days. I used them for a Mothers Day situation and they came through. Items were fresh and no issues there. Thank you.

I just picked up my free 12 count chocolate dipped fruit for my birthday and I am in love!! I see why people love edible arrangements now. I especially loved the chocolate dipped banana and pineapple. Thank you so much! :)

Today is my mother’s birthday. I ordered last night (Last minute)and her wonderful birthday box was delivered today. I tried to surprise her and unfortunately she wasn’t home when Mr. Joe came. He called me and made 2 trips in her building up and down the elevator until we could find someone to get it for her. This was the best experience that I have ever experience especially with all that’s going on in the world. Thank You for this experience. God bless

WILL NOT ANSWER PHONES!!!It rings then hangs up on you!!Texas still had terrible roads right now and I was forced to reschedule my delivery to today but here we are and it’s still BAD weather.. trying to call to reschedule my delivery and NOBODY will answer the phone.If I could rate a ZERO I would. This is so just wrong.

I called while standing outside and no one answered. After a few minutes an employee came to the door and I asked if there were any arrangements for purchase. She said that I have to call. I told her I just did and no one answered. She recommended I call again. So I did. After waiting for the auto message to play an associate answered. It was then I was informed that there were no arrangements available at this time. That would have been helpful if the first employee had told me.Id recommend a sign stating that arrangements are not available for immediate purchase and wait time is 2 hours.

I ordered the fruit cup, however fruit was sour. It continued honeydew, cantaloupe, and strawberries. I am used to other locations and the fruit is always sweet. I was disappointed for sure my first time at this location.

So my boyfriends Grammys cat is being put-down and I just found out at 3:45 p.m. while I was all the way in Lewisville, Texas! Not Irving, Texas! I called the Grapevine location and they had moved to Irving and they were so sweet. I was able to pay over the phone, have the card filled out and they stayed past closing time so I could pick it up! I even had to have them change out the Green Mellon Fruite because after I ordered and paid for it I remembered she can not have Green fruits because of her strict diet! I called them back with 8 minutes till closing time and still 12 mintue drive away back! But they still fixed it right up! The pictures I took on my cell phone do not justify how awesome this is! I hope it cheers her up and keeps her eating. She is about 80+ years, and I know how hard times are for older people now and also with things like this can be on older fokes hearts! So not only should you use this location for your edible arrangements you can also spread love and prayers for Grammy!

I know things can get hectic and I know you can’t always meet the customers requirements. But I’m very pleased I want to say thank you, I had called in a special request and since the beginning the lady on the phone was delighted . I wish I could have gotten her name. I sent my boyfriend a fruit platter just to brighten his day . We all battle through things in life and I figured this would be perfect. You made him smile and I want to thank you for that . This review maybe cheesy but the fact that I have a guy eating this delicious fruit and brighten his day means the world to me . The worst customer service I have experienced at an Edible Arrangement store and not to mention it was by the manager. I placed an order the day prior and I scheduled it for around 11am, the email stated to pick up the item before 3pm that day. I called to verify what time the store actually closed just to be sure and I was told by the manager that they closed at 2pm and that I needed to be there before 2pm. I was called around 1:06pm by the manager who rudely asked “what time would I be picking up my order because it was already 1:10pm?”. I live 10 minutes away and planned to pick up the item by 1:30pm. I went ahead and stopped what I was doing and proceeded to pick up the order and when I arrived it was nowhere near closing time and the manager was outside stuffing her car and hopped in her car and drove off, luckily there was someone in the back to hand me my order. The store was dead and everything had been put away at 1:30pm so to me it seems like the manager wanted to leave work early. I will NEVER order from this store again.

Long story short, my sisters employer sent her an arrangement from the Irving Beltline location, but she was at the hospital. Joe, the delivery person made every attempt to get ahold of my sister and was so kind as to wait for me to walk over a few buildings to sign for her arrangement. Joe thank you for your kindness and your patience. It was greatly appreciated and I hope you get a raise! If I couldve tipped or bought you lunch I would have!! 👏👏👏👏

Dont always answer phone and close before time Saturday

I went to this store to have an arrangement sent to my daughter for her birthday, which was the same day. Rose was so helpful in helping schedule the delivery, selecting the right product, writing the card, and product knowledge. Im going to be a superhero to my daughter thanks to the staff at the Irving location!

Made an order for Boss’s Day and requested it to be delivered in the AM, called and placed on hold for an exteneded time, then when I did speak to someone, they told me it will be delivered by 5pm. Most offices are closed by 5 and there would be no one left in the office to enjoy the gift including my Boss! This is unacceptable and will never order from Edible Arrangements again. I ended up having to pick it up instead of delivery.

I love how it taste the strawberry covered chocolate ❤️ it taste sooo delicious I might get that for my birthday

Great for for excellent fresh fruit and gifts. This location does not have the smoothies. They where lighty staffed but very helpful.

The service is horrible, we requested a am delivery item was never delivered when it was supposed to. We called and no one answered called their corporate office and all I got was excuses I tried to change the delivery address and they stated that it was not going to be possible. It was supposed to be a surprise well surprise us with the ethics of the company and even after delivery fees its not what I expected well no more business from my family to this company

I order some fruits for my girl and was gone to pick up, then I got a call saying i couldn’t pickup they had to deliver to me they said it would be there before the end of the day but it never came I had to contact them just for them to ask me if they come the next day I told her no and to refund me she said she did but I’m still waiting on my money its been almost 2 weeks

I order from this store several times each month. Both Grace and Carlene are always friendly and eager to please. Customer service is on point and they always go above and beyond. Hands down, the BEST!!! :)

If I could I would Rate this location No Stars!!!!! I pleased a Order for my Girlfriend for her birthday in the the Am and Understood like in the Policy BUSINESS would be delivered By 5pm no later! Spoke with a Representative by the name Of Rose who Advised me He was Not Far but waited another 30 Min before I called back Again to only have her Say he’s almost there Smh mind u it’s 30 min later and it’s 5:26 at this Time and The business is closed by now Smh Never Again will I spend 82 dollars and an extra 15 to be delivered for it never to be there on time.

My sister called to see if she’d make it on time before closing for a last min pick up birthday gift and thought she wouldn’t make it, (she made it 5 mins before) and they locked the doors before closing time and i know that usually isn’t allowed at most places. Very disappointed.

Told to call before so they didnt deliver for the 67th Anniversary. I have used them for 5 yrs and this is totally unacceptable. Dont use this location ion Beltline Rd in Irving.

I order from Edibles frequently and this location is by far the worse.. Customer service was not very good - even the driver was speaking over me where I had to tell him “can you listen to me?!” when trying to give him directives of delivery.. unacceptable!!! Never again.

I have called this store 3 times this morning and was hung up on....then they decided to put on the automated system. This is the worse store EVER!!
