I drove across town to get a simple soldering done on a silver cup handle, and was told oh, we dont do that, we only work on jewelry.Seriously? What happened to companies having a can do attitude?They have the equipment and materials to perform what I needed.They could have easily said, instead, well, typically we dont do this sort of thing, but we would like to hopefully gain you as a customer down the road, and we would be happy to make an exception for you, this time.Which is how I run my business.So..guess Ill take my business elsewhere, to a place who does everything possible to make a customer happy.Edited to add: I went right to a muffler shop, the man said he could do it. Brazed it, nicely, charged me 5 bucks. :)

Jeff and Bettina were incredibly helpful and helped me fix my wedding ring extremely quickly. From the moment I walked in the door, they were incredibly professional, to the point, and easy to work with, and pleasant! Literally while I was writing this review, they were able to put the stone back in my ring. It took less than 5 minutes I think?!! Excellent selection and great pricing. Everyone was knowledgeable, patient, and accommodating. We were shown a selection of diamonds within the budget (many lower) and given the opportunity to compare different color and clarity grades.We got a fabulous price for a beautiful solitaire. We purchased on a Sunday so the jeweler was off-work. I returned on a Tuesday to have the ring sized down a bit and again, they were all very welcoming. The ring was sized for free while I waited. I will go here first for all jewelry shopping from now on.

We recently bought a beautiful 1 carat solitaire diamond ring at Jewelry Exchange in Dallas and the experience was amazing. They provided excellent quality in their product and service. I went in to attempt to purchase a ring after having browsed their website. Jeff the manager was unwilling to help me with my purchase and proceeded to tell me I could not afford what I wanted. Screamed curse words at me and stopped just short of challenging me to a fight. For those obvious reasons, I would recommend anyone who is not insane shop somewhere else

Buyer Beware!! Terrible Experience! Will take advantage of a man not knowing what they are buying!I purchased an engagement ring here thinking it was a reputable seller. My fiancé went to have the ring cleaned and they wouldnt touch it. The diamond itself had three chips to the edge of the stone. We were shown under a gemologist microscope all of the chips along with jagged prongs and one prong which was not even touching the diamond. We were told by a GIA diamond graduate gemologist that this ring was, A complete Mess.When we took the ring back with this information including pictures, the store manager Jeff M. told us they could not handle something like this in store. He would also NOT look at the ring himself under the same gemologist microscope, which was very telling. We are currently waiting to hear back from corporate in California. We are hopeful to get a full refund and that this doesnt happen to another couple.

There must be some mistake, Im supposed to be treated as a potential new customer.We visited about a week ago looking for loose diamonds or available whole rings to source from. There were 2 other potential buyers in the store plus us. After being introduced to a jeweler to supposedly help us we eventually found out that this biggest jewelery store in Irving doesnt really have stock except for what they use to fix rings brought in. So, we asked for options. This older fellows solution is to talk to another person who came in and then seemingly remember we were there first and still waiting for his wise recommendation. We decided to help ourselves and look at the other wares and got helped by another more friendly attendant who was quite helpful in explaining the various material differences of items on display. Unfortunately nothing was exactly what we needed and what is on display is it, at least we had options to consider before returning to get our rings fitted, she opined.However, as our conversation starts winding down and before we were out the door the old fellow looks in our direction and blurts out ALL TALKING AND NO BUYING, HUH?.Wow. I ask you, would you buy anything from a store that treats you like that? The only expertise offered by this particular employee is to lose me and all my contacts as a customer. Look at another branch or elsewhere.

Customer service is non existent at this location. They put zero value in retaining you as a customer. The setting on my wife’s diamond has come loose twice in the three years since we purchased the ring and diamond. I was told when we purchased that such a repair would be covered at no charge across all Jewelry Exchange US locations. After explaining this to Andy he simply replied “nope, this isn’t covered under warranty”. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere, I advise you to do the same. Charging $40 to do a repair after spending thousands of dollars is very disappointing.

Andy was very honest and didnt sale me a new ring! I was told my diamond band was damaged, he showed and explained the small issue, for now no need to do anything! Wear the ring as you have and enjoy it! He did suggest having it checked every 6 months, Its as beautiful as the day I got it!

I waited 2 months for my custom order, finally they sent me a cad drawing and the thing looked nothing like it was supposed to. It was obvious that they cut ever corner to try and fit my budget. I then sent them a email and documents showing what stones are supposed to be in it, and then they called me saying they would issue a refund and They couldn’t do the work.I went in person per the sales guys request just to find out they would mail me a check in a month.So here is my advise, if your in the market for a ring, your going to get screwed on the cost vs the value either way, so go to a place that at the very least uses lube when they bend you over a barrel.

If you purchase a diamond ring no matter what price if you need to be fitted they charge you for the fitting. I have been to quite a few Jewelers in my life. I have never been charged for the fitting they remind me of a car dealership they smile in your face, there very nice to you, they take your money and then they dont remember you. Also assistant manager Mark yes his phone skills are very very lacking and his customer service isnt that great be good.
