I have always felt a warm and friendly atmosphere here and they have a good variety 👌to choose from. There is one problem I have though. LOL, it takes me too long because I can never make up my mind on what I want! It all looks good 👍😋. There are too many donut shops I will not go to because of rude customer service (no matter how good they are) but this place is not like that. I definitely recommend them!

Walked in, no greeting or welcome. I stood there for 10 minutes patiently waiting for them to finish in the back.. Whoever was working this morning at 11 answered the phone and still proceeded to ignore me. Two stars because the quality looked decent if I could just get some help.

Love these donuts in fact everything in there is good. Down to earth friendly people work there.

I called on March 20th for a pick up order on March 21st for 15 dozen doughnuts. Thank you so much for making that happen. The company loved the doughnuts.

Ive been a customer 5 or 6 times. Always friendly. A quality product for a fair price. I went in today about 5:15 am. I wasnt greeted as they were in the back so after I waited and no one came out or said anything. I said hello and they responded.Someone who didnt know the prices was on the register. I asked for a receipt but she didnt know how to print one. Someone from the back came out and printed it. I was charged .95 for a donut when the price was .85. I was charged 2.49 for a sausage roll when the price was 1.99. The coke was rung up correctly. One out of three. They refunded the money and apologized.Pretty sloppy. Id suggest keeping her off the register until she learns the prices. Too much competition out there.
