Counter Sales.I was a big fan of Summit. They still have free drinks, ice and donuts in the morning. But now that they have moved to this new location their attitude has completely changed.They no longer warranty any Klein Tool’s. Even if you call Klein on the phone while standing at the service counter, they will refuse to talk to Klein and send you away. They sell Klein tools but do not honor their warranty.
