We needed assistance connecting the treadmills and ellipticals to our TVs. The Onsite Fitness technician was able to program our equipment properly so the member could enjoy their favorite TV shows while exercising.

My home treadmill broke, and I was worried about how to get such a heavy piece of equipment repaired. Onsite Fitness Services sent a technician to my house to diagnose the issue, he then returned with the needed parts to get it back up and running.

Have been leaving messages for someone to call me back the past few days. NordicTrack uses them to fix their machines, but no one from this company calls back. Would not recommend!

I use Onsite for my quarterly preventative maintenance service; the technician is always thorough and helps to identify anything that needs to be fixed before it becomes a larger issue or a safety hazard.

We needed someone to come out and look at a few broke pieces of fitness equipment in our apartment’s fitness center. Our warranty had run out with the manufacturer, but we got lucky to find On Site Fitness. We had our equipment back up and working in no time.

I called this company for an estimate on my treadmill that needed a new belt. I was told a technician would have to come out to access the problem. I explained that it only needed a new belt and just wanted an estimate for that. The lady I talked to was rude and told me no estimate without a technician coming out. All they wanted was the service call, witch would cost $100 whether you used them or not. Do not use this company!!

I originally submitted a maintenance request for my treadmill around the end of March 2016, I received an email promptly advising me that a technician would call me the next day to schedule an appointment. A week later with no call, I sent the rep another email with no reply. I finally received a call from the technician a week and a half later. The tech was over an hour late, charged $100 to fix my treadmill that was skipping, provided no receipt and 3 weeks later I emailed the company again since my treadmill was still skipping. The tech called me on a Monday the following week to schedule an appointment. When I returned the call the next day I did not get an answer, I left a message and proceeded to play the waiting game. I then text messaged the tech voicing my concerns, he replied stating at the end of the week when he returned to town he would make me first priority. Well that was over 2 weeks ago and I still have an inoperable treadmill and $100 down the drain. I would recommend a more reputable company. Dont waste your time or money like I did!
