I had a $3000 order for glass doors and ran into many problems. Took over a month for the parts to come in. When they finally had an appointment scheduled to install the glass, they called me the morning of installation day (after I had requested off of work) to tell me they threw my glass in the garbage on accident. I then tried to cancel my order since I did not trust this company, and was told I was unable to cancel my order and that if I cancelled my order I would not be refunded the $3000. So I had absolutely no choice but to continue with the project and they offered absolutely no discount for all their issues they caused. After just short of 2 months it was finally installed. The one glass door is about .5 shorter than the other glass door. Even though they were making the same exact pieces of glass, one of them somehow came out shorter than the other. In the end it came out looking cool which is the only reason I rate it a 2-star, except for the one door being shorter. However, for running into so many problems I would recommended looking for another glass company. There are many out there who can do the same exact thing they did without all the issues.

UPDATE: A few hours after posting my review, Arco Glass called to apologize and scheduled someone to fix the damage immediately. I was glad to have the issue resolved. I will definitely use them again.------------ORIGINAL POST: I just completed a complete home remodel and I chose Arco to provide and install custom mirrors in the master bath. During installation, they badly damaged my new faucet. I brought it to the installers attention and he told me that he was sorry, and that the mirror was very. He also tole me that he would report it to his boss and someone would get back with me to make it right. I heard nothing so after two weeks I called to follow-up.The person told me that they would have their boss return my call--it never happened. I called again a week later and was told to expect a call from the boss to resolve the issue. Despite my repeated calls, no one ever called me back. I would advise you to not use these guys. They damaged my two-week old faucets and have no intention on doing anything about it.

Nice staff. I waited about 2 months or longer waiting on their quote but it never happened. Do not waist people time. So so very UNPROFESSIONAL
