I bought a new Advanced EV and had some minor technical issues. Ian in service was super helpful and responsive. He solved my problem and saved me hours of time and effort.

When I ordered my new EZGO cart from American Golf Carts, I added a folding windshield. On the first trip that I made with it on a trailer, the windshield blew off. As the cart had been delivered in an open transport bed, and had traveled the freeway to get to my home, my assumption was that the windshield was firmly attached. I am now out $150 for a new windshield. Had I known that the windshield needed to be secured better or removed, I would have done so. The staff at American Golf Carts admitted that they lost windshields in transport, but never warned me about that. Poor business practice.

Very good group of people to deal with. Veronica help me select a cart from start to finish. Dustin took care of paperwork and Aaron delivered it late Friday afternoon on his way home... which was amazing. Most employees are worried about getting home on Friday not helping a customer. A fantastic group of people. Thanks guys

Every cart they’ve sent out here to the job site has problems and that’s right off of their trailer! If it’s not bad bateries it’s a bad charger, light, brakes tires you name it. Piss poor maintenance on these carts.
