Wow I see alot of bad comments about a lady that treated people bad. The last time I came hear the white lady told me the place was closed and shut the door in my face. She really was an ahoe but I bought a cap today and the three guy working hear gave me great service.. thank u guys.

Very bad experience there. Today 10-23-2020. I was looking to buy a special gift for my husband and a very rude lady yelled at me that when I asked for help, I told her if she could be a little nice and she told me if I didnt like that there is the door leave!!!!. I told her, you work for customer service you can have a better attitude. Grapevine Mall is the best option if you need to engrave your cap.

Awful customer service... I took my hat to get stitched and the guy at Lids told me there was nobody in front of me he told me it would take between 30 to 45 minutes to stitch up my hat and whatever I want it on it I decided to walk around the mall waiting for my hat to get stitched and everything I come back almost an hour later and it still hasnt been started on yet

The current clerk at the store is a total A-hole, I just went to pick up something I ordered online and he would not even let me speak, Is so mean once I was able to talk he turned his back on me... Major A-hole

The true rating for this location is a zero. Any associate we have EVER came across in this location, has had ZERO customer service; ZERO people skills. Management: you should be ashamed for not training the people you hire 👎👎👎👎👎

Ill happily take my business and my money to the NorthPark location or Grapevine Mills location.This location is a complete joke. Worst staff ever. Dude actually yelled at me about a hat, just now. Seriously buddy? LOL ✌

Just order online you will find more online. Plus manager doesnt speak spanish so shes no help whatsover. Honeslty its a miracle this store is till up and running.
