Very nice staff, I just got my prenatal vitamins from here. They helped me to find the vitamin that I needed. I recommend Vitamin Shoppe store for everyone. Also I was worried about the taste of the vitamins, but they don’t have any taste, I love it! It is a very good vegan brand!

Friendly staff and a great selection of products from protien suppliments and preworkout powders, to all vitamins and anything else you may need. The guys that work there are knowledgeable about their products so you can actually ask them questions and they wont give you a generic answer.

Doctor recommended a specific supplement formulation that was only available online or here. Not a fan of buying internal body items sight unseen off any website. Upon arrival staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. Made selection fast and easy. Prices are competitive with other online sites, and can order through their site and set up autoship for convenience, or just drop in the store and pick something up.

Didnt go for curbside this time because I wanted to check out the store. Friendly staff, very knowledgeable and helpful with my selection. Always a helpful staff here and consistently stocked shelves. One star deducted because some of the specialty herbal remedies I’ve enjoyed buying here in the past are no longer carried. Unfortunately, the easiest place to get those is Amazon, which I hate to choose in this case knowing it could ultimately be the demise of Vitamin Shoppe. Also, it seems that they are running fewer sales now on their house brands, but would be nice to see some discounts given on regular everyday supplements otherwise I would consider some of my perks using Vita Cost or CVS.

I like the staff here for they are very informative and know the products. The prices are good here and they have a great repeat subscription program. Parking can be tight when busy. This location is a little hard to get too.

The employee have always been super helpful and very knowledgeable. I also love the rewards program they have as well as the auto shipment option that way I never run out of my favorite supplements.

Purchased a case of RTD C4. After about a month or so, I grab a can and noticed that it was half empty, possibly exploded in transit. Took it into the store, was given grief about the return policy. Told the person that there is no way I would go through a 24 pack of energy drinks within the return period and that I wasnt going to inspect every can.That same person earlier recommended a pre-workout to me that was later discontinued by the store. The associate claimed that their corporate office had found a chemical in the powder that didnt meet their standards. Went to another store and I told the associate what had been told to me. The other store associate laughed and stated that the store stops carrying products if they are slow sellers.I used to work for GNC a while back and was pressured into deceitful sales practices. Vitamin Shoppe used to not be this way, and its sad to see deceitful sales people in this industry. I would steer clear of this location as it appears that theyve hired used car salesmen to sell their products.

No longer carries Muscle Milk products. But they have a similarly passable meal replacement.Addendum: As it turns out the Muscle Milk meal replacement I used to buy is discontinued. And theVitaminShoppe Next Step Fit N Full Shake is more expensive but also more effective than the Muscle Milk product I used to buy.

Kind of my place to go for vitamins. Good selection of nutritional supplements. I like the electrolytes for summer. Much better than sugary sports drinks.I also like NKO. Krill oil and this place carrys it. Those two items alone are enough to bring me here. I always grab one or two other things while there.

If this is the name thst Natural Grocers shows up under, great selection of supplements at reasonable prices. Its a small store, good selection of products in some areas. They are limited by the size of the space. Its in the old Casa Linda movie theater, they kept the outside tower & lights which is a fun & interesting detail.

This place has a huge selection in supplements. All the major brands and third party names as well. This place also offers a reward points program for free. Not like GNC where you have to pay to become a member. Highly recommend Vitamin Shoppe

Frankly if there was an option to give no star I would use it here. FREAKING Waldo would have a better chance at getting help here. And dont get me started on there level of knowledge on vitamins. You would think that if you ask a simple question such as where can I find vitamins that are water soluble you would get a straight answer. BUT NO in fact I get the most dumbest answer and I quote We dont have those and im pretty sure those dont exist l just couldnt belive that person was hired there.

Firstly, this place is ok, so long as you come in & dont require help from any of the employess on duty...if you do, GOD HELP YOU! Ive also experienced this type of lack-lustre, nonchalant, blasé level of customer service @ another Vitamin Shoppe I visited recently in Hurst, TX. Today, I went in & the 2 employees (a male & a female) were talking to each other @ the register, made eye contact w/me as I stood @ the register, ready to pay for my things, THEN, SUDDENLY, the male employee realizes that Im standing @ the register, says, Oh! and decides he should probably help the black lady w/the NOW, SCOWL OF DISGUST on her face...Secondly, a rep advertising a product that theyre either likely to start carrying, or probably already do (Garden of Life) was in the store, spreading the word to customers as they were in the store...I walked in, looked around for a bit, found what I needed, was @ the register (the table was located @ the entrance to the store & just a few feet from the registers), then exited, walking right past the table...NOT, 1, WORD, TO, ME, a potential consumer of their product! What? I didnt look customer-ly ENOUGH! WOW! JUST, WOW! Since they obviously dont care about the ratings people put up about them, I, SERIOUSLY, DOUBT, ANYTHING, esp. in the way of their poor method of customer service will change, AT, ALL, PERIOD! Maybe Ill just stick to the Dallas, TX Vitamin Shoppe stores...WAY, BETTER, CUSTOMER, SERVICE!

First time I visited the place and it was very simple, the staff were very friendly and very qualified in all my questions, they always had an answer and their suggestions, so they return more frequently and their products are very variable.
