Always friendly nice stuff at the store in Irving. However the clerk and Arlington is extremely rude and has been on a consistent basis for absolutely no reason. Try to avoid Arlington as much as possible. Good customer service should be required at ANY businesses but to be rude and ignorant for no reason should be unacceptable.

Friendly staff and good prices

They are super nice here and really helpful. I just stopped in to find a nice Gin for a special occasion and honestly I was lost on what to pick. They noticed quickly and I was helped by this wonderful lady who gave me a great suggestion in 3 seconds. Thanks again!

Do not shop here if you are Black. They have a camera monitor screen behind the counter. They zoom in on you and watch you the entire time you in the store shopping. They dont speak or offer any customer service to you. I will no longer shop there.

This place is good, however some of their prices are a little higher than I am used to. My drink of choice is Jack Daniels and I can get the 1.75ML bottle from other stores for 39.99 but this place is like 43 or 44 for the same bottle. My wifes drink of choice is Captain Morgan Spiced rum which is 19.99 a bottle for the 1.75 ML at most anywhere else here it is like $25. Its super convenient for us but just wish the prices were closer to what I was used to.

Be carefull. Check price on shelf and be sure to get your receipt, lady standing on elevated platform behind register will offer you a receipt but holding it back at a distance like do you really want it in a discouraging way hoping you will not take it. Also go online and check your account. I was overcharged twice.

Stock has grown immensely since they first opened. Still extremely clean and great organization. Even Total Win doesnt carry Angels Envy but it is here with a fair price. Definitely the perfect place in Irving for any liquor needs.

Great selection of liquor and the staff are always friendly. Its very clean, has plenty of space, and great deals! My one note is that the beer section is a little lack luster, but they make up for it with a solid selection of mixers, supplies, and prices. Would highly recommend this spot.

The store inside is nice, clean, and organized. Do not expect much from their offered delivery service. Supposed to be under an hour with a 45 dollar minimum. 2 hours later still no delivery. A few phone calls and promises of almost there. Still no. When the delivery finally shows up its hot beer and soda mixers. Absolutely awful customer service in dealing with it. Dont waste your money just go get it yourself.

I want to like this place; however:(1) the prices are higher than other liquor stores in the area (like $28 for largest Jim Beam bottle? I pay $24 at another store close by and $20 in Dallas), and the way to get in and out is a little annoying and confusing. Another bottle was $12 above the average price (52 versus 40). Service is professional but not warm. Overall an all right place, mainly for convenience and a fairly good variety, but the prices are way too high. One of the highest prices all store wide. Stores with larger selections should have more competitive prices. Don’t take advantage of your customers or they will never become regulars.

Love the cashiers. I would give them 5 stars but they told me they would start carrying Almond flavored champagne. I gave them 3 different brands and told them which one I preferred. Ive been back once a week and they still dont have it. Its been over a month. Im holding out hope. If not I will return to Specs or Total who does carry it.

I usually go to the Arlington location, but decided to check this one out. As soon as I walked in I was greeted and asked if I was looking for anything in particular. I asked for buffalo trace and the associate lead me to the way! I decided to look around the store a bit and it was very organized and clean. I was very impressed with the amount of rare bourbons I saw. They also had some samples at the cashier to try! All in all, the new store looks amazing and I recommend it to all my friends and family!

Oh my goodness! When my grocery delivery is 18 days away, this amazing family owned business delivered my order within 30 minutes!! The young woman came to my door & she was cheerful and respectful. You would never know they likely are busier than they’ve ever been. Folks, SHOP LOCAL, whether it be restaurant pick up and delivery, or hardware stores and local plant nurseries but I’m thinking they are going to be needing our support both fiscally and in fellowship . This business goes the extra mile for great customer service even during the collapse of a national economy! I believe Ill pour me a drink while ai await my same day within 30 minute delivery!

I have had great service every time I go in the store even if I wasnt buying anything. They even have samples of their most recent alcohols that have come out along with reasonable prices. I recommend this store to everyone

Impeccable customer service, was greeted as soon as I walked in by the manager (Mimi). I looked lost and Chelsea was there to assist. Had questions about packages and Diego was able to assist. Great new store great atmosphere and the bathrooms are nice. 😂

Liquor Warehouse is now open and this location has Remy, Henney, and Martel way cheaper than the competition! The inside has a sleak and modern look and feel and definitely dont sleep on the bourbon collection....damn! When I say they have it all they really do with something for everyone! Exist Esters or Beltline South if heading Eastbound towards Dallas and Exit Beltline South if headed towards Fort Worth!

Large scale of liquor and a good price

Came in here for the first time and got a bad impression my boyfriend had his hood on cause it was cold outside and then realized they were screaming at us for him to take it off like if we were stealing i think thats not the way to treat customers. Made me feel uncomfortable and felt like the lady in there was just following us if i could i wouldnt even give it a star
