Walked in knowing nothing about paint with 2 colors in mind. The staff went above and beyond to help me choose the right finish and the right amount of color id need to paint my walls. He also got us some discount and threw in all necessary sruff I would need. Walked out happily with the exact color and right amount of paint that I needed. Great customer service!Thank you!

After coming in for a seemingly simple errand to this store, Josue and Brian went above and beyond to help me with my home paint project. They asked great questions and wanted to be extremely thorough before letting me walk out with the best paint for my project. When I arrived at the store, I was very confused about what colors to choose for my new restaurant. Bu then I met Josue, who is not only has a good understanding about the color combination but he is very patient and worked with my pace. He recommended that I buy sample colors and evaluate them and get feedback from others and then decide. Our first choice of colors didnt go very well but then second time we picked up a winner combination. I would sincerely say without his help, I would have been totally lost. On top of that he gave me very good prices which was comparable to similar quality of product from Home Depot and an excellent experience.

The sales representative that was in the store for Sherman Williams at the time was very knowledgeable on the products he presented in that I had questioned him about he went into detail about the paint and the primer of very informative and he also demonstrated a little bit of the pain of how it would actually look and I really appreciate that

Since Covid I have more free time these days. I pulled out my redo the bathroom project kit. Sherwin-Williams offers on-line tools and toys to explore new colors and combinations but I had a hand towel that I wanted to match for an accent color. I ordered my base colors online - fine tuned the choices over the phone talking them thru with staff - and rolled into the store for the tricky part matching a color accent to a hand towel. My order was curbside ready for pick up and with One fan of the color chart and Brian hit the color match to the towel right on. I was amazed! The low odor paint, perfect color match AND everyone wore a mask. They took all the risks out of a project Id been putting off. A neighborhood store truly treating me as a neighbor - is a treasure.

Josues attention to detail, professionalism and can do attitude is unparalleled, never seen anywhere in any customer facing role. He helped other customers, simultaneously and was very conscious of my time by letting me know what he was doing, every step of the way. I really appreciated his energy and his tenacity in making sure everything I needed was addressed. Thanks Josue, even though it was just a little paint, you made our experience with Sherwin-Williams very enjoyable.

Josue is incredibly patient and very professional. I thought I had a lot of patience with my wife but Josue out did me. She hounded this poor guy til she found the perfect paint and incredibly when I thought all hope was lost, he made the perfect color. Something Coral. He not only knows his stuff but is on point with his recommendations and a true craftsman in his field. Thank you for all your help and making my “life” a happy one, I meant my wife.

Beware of the store manager (kyle).He will sell you the custom paint without telling it is a custom paint..this dude has attitude problem .He hung up the call on us while i was talking politely.As being a manager he need to manage and satisfy customer.His major mistake was he should tell customer that you buying custom paint and it is refundable.HE NEVER DID THAT FOR 70$ WORTH OF PAINT.All I want is store credit but he denied ..I did not used this paint plus receipt say “receipt require for refund.He totally ruined my day and waste my money.I will never go to this store again

I heard very bad thing about this store manager aka known as ponzi manager. He doesnt give full information and try to scam customers with half information.Also for cash, he wont charge tax, wont give receipt.
