Excellent Services. Had refrigeration repairs done and quality of work was outstanding. I like the owner too, he seemed to be a straight up guy that is honest and hard working. Will definitely be using their services again and recommending them.

Gary is the best he is very helpful when I came in to buy some barrels Gary deserves a raise. Gary has great customer support he is hilarious and very intelligent. If you need barrels and appliances I would choose b and g refrigeration and most importantly I would ask for Gary because he helped me so good.

Has the most reasonably priced shipping barrels by far. Their plastic jumbo barrels are cheaper than the nearby competitions cardboard barrels. But they do have some odd business hours in that there is a sort of mid-morning break.

Made an appointment with them to service a tenants apartment. The next morning, they called to say they couldnt take credit cards and that all service had to be cash on delivery. Said they would call back to clarify and never did. I called them and got a racist answering machine message that said: If you speak English, press 1. If you speak Spanish, go learn English and call back. I might recommend these people to an enemy. No one else.

First time I was ever disappointed with any type of service. These guys were very nonprofessional, smiling and joking just to feel you out. They destroyed my appliance, it went from working to completely dead. They came out three times charge me a $45.00 service feel and $120.00 for parts and repairs. They left my appliance in worst condition. I called B & G a day after and the answering service had a message that said he was on vacation for two weeks, and to call back Monday there would be someone there to answer calls. I called the Monday and the person that answered the phone sounded just like the guy the came out to repair my appliance he was very nasty and told me that someone would be out in two weeks to take a look at my appliance. after a month of going to the circus with these guys I got my money back and my family as lost $400.00 in groceries. I would never recommend them for anything.

We are very professional some people just come in and are nasty to start. We do not have an answering service we answer our own calls. We are never away on vacation without someone at the shop. Never for 2 weeks. All of our drums are totally guaranteed, any problems just bring them back. Not sure what these people are talking about.
