Thanks Joe!This has been perhaps the fourth or fifth time Ive brought a vehicle to Park Grove. Joe (the owner) is always super friendly and understanding to the situation occurring with a vehicle. He knows its a headache for us and does his absolute best to empathize and formulate a reasonable solution for what can be done with it. Now I have a fairly new Mini Cooper and had some minor damage to my door and paint on different parts of the vehicle. Joe squeezed me in literally two days ago right as the 4th of July weekend was coming up. I just picked the car up today and couldnt be happier, and he didnt screw me on a price like a few other auto shops Ive dealt with in the past. Very reasonable and quality workmanship in all that is done at that shop. Do yourself a favor and at least stop in to check him out, you wont regret it, and I promise youll leave happy. Joe Binko and his amazing team fixed our Honda, Civic 2016. My husband was in a collision that completely damaged the right side of the windshield and vehicle and tire. He was amazing.He fixed my car a few months ago and made it look brand new after an accident and charged me less than what I anticipated.He gave me an estimate and did the job even though the price should have been more due to the fact that I have 3 layer paint on my car. Any other auto body would have spiked the price but Joe kept the price the same. He was also nice enough to fix other small scratches I had on the car from when I bought it for no extra cost as well. I would recommend any and everyone in need of his services to come here. Joe was kind, quick, and fair and I appreciate him and his team for making my car look brand new.

Incredible! Must give credit where credit is due. Joe and team did an amazing job on my car! The car went in with major frontal body damage and came back in immaculate condition (looked brand spanking new... I honestly did not think my car was capable of returning to pre-accident condition but they made it happen).The new bumper/fender/hood was placed and aligned perfectly and the paint color matched the rest of the car. The customer service I received was top notch too. I hope I never need to patronize a body shop again, but at least I know where to go in the event I need to. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

I had three cars repaired at Park Grove over the past two years. I was completely satisfied with all three repairs. Excellent and fast service. They also picked up and returned my car from the house, I never had to go down to the shop. All of the insurance paper work was handled thru the shop, all I had to do is sign the papers.

A few months ago I had to get my car repaired after an accident. I brought it to Park Grove Auto Body, the repair work and customer service was great. The people who I spoke with were nothing but friendly, and when I got my car back it drove and looked even better than before the accident.

If you know anything about cars, you know that historic vehicles are at least 25 years old and made of steel. People who own historic vehicles have them because they love them and usually maintain them well mechanically and esthetically. I am one of those people. My 1983 AMC Eagle runs very well, because I have maintained it with some of New Jerseys best mechanics. However it has been years since I have had a paint job and the vinyl top needs replacing.As many of us do, I researched the internet to find body shops in my area. A number of them popped up so I chose a few of them based on proximity, years in business, examples of their work and customer reviews. I planned to get three or four estimates before committing to get the work done.The first body shop that I went to was in Newark. I telephoned the owner, made an appointment and drove my car there two days later. He was very professional. He reviewed my car, took the time to discuss the work needed with me and gave me a price. He mentioned that he liked my car and showed me several other cars that he was currently working on, in various stages. Overall it was a great experience.Next on my list was Park Avenue Auto in Irvington New Jersey. I called Mr. Joe Binko and told him about my car and asked him if he did work on cars like mine. He said, and I quote, Thats what we do. I asked him when was a good time and he told me his hours of operation. Three days later I drove the car to Park Avenue Auto. I went in, ssaid hello to Joe, told him my name and reminded him that we had spoken on the phone.I pointed to my car in the parking lot, to which he replied, What do you want to do with that? I thought this was a strange question but I reminded him of our telephone discussion. To this he replied, Why dont you buy a new car? Its not worth it, I told him that it was worth it to me and bid him a good day.As you can see, other reviews here are glowing and boast how friendly Joe is. To me he was insulting and condescending. In my opinion Mr. Binko was disrespectful and rude Who is he to determine what my car is worth to me? He assumed that I do not have a new car! There is always a respectful way to decline anything. Instead, he chose to belittle and humiliate me.

The most trustworthy shop Ive ever had the pleasure of working with.Its difficult to find businesses who practice what they preach. Park Grove does this in spades.

I lived 1 block down from this place for years, never thought i would need to take my car there, but i did from an accident. It was like the damage was never there. Brand new, no scuffs, scratches, no dust in the paint. I really couldnt believe it. I highly reccomend it, especially now that i donot live there, and i took my car elsewhere for some damage and they did a unsatisfactory job.

I brought my truck in to get the front fix and they did fix my truck well but I didnt know that these guys would go and be searching my truck and steal out my stuff that I lock in my glove compartment with the key. Then the manager is going to tell me sorry as if that can replace my stuff they steal out there. I wouldnt recommend any one going there. Cant be trusted there
