I was trying to sell my phone on Mercari, an app to sell nationally, and someone from this store tried to purchase it, I thought it was a simple issue. So they told me they changed their payment so I charged it again and it went through that time, but next thing you know right before Im about to ship the phone, I was notified that something happened on their end with the transaction and when I checked the messages, the USER DELETED THEIR ACCOUNT. Good thing I caught it before I sent them a free phone.Long story short, these guys arent trustworthy and will try to take your money. There should be an option for 0 stars

Slow as hell in this place! Dont let it be more than 2 people waiting...forget it. They need to learn how to multi-task. Expensive too for a urban community!**Update 19** Extra star because they are getting better since dismissingrid of people that dont really want to work. Shid is helpful and friendly
