I recently inquired about a pair of pants I purchased for there. The brand is pretty decent, but this particular pair was faulty and noticed it had a tear in it when I first wore it. I know their policy was no for anything out the package or any undershirts. But I wanted to know what the return policy was for over clothes that still had the receipt but the tag was taken off. The lady I called was polite and went to ask what one of the lead persons what to do.Thats when I overheard the person they asked go Nooo, f*** outah heyah!. The girl on the phone was nice and the prices are good for basic clothing, but the nasty person I over heard with the bad attitude was the only reason I dropped it a few stars.

Sometimes, the store breaks up a 2 pack item and sells them separately. You can tell by looking for the barcode and seeing a message to not to be sold separately.
