Prices are reasonable but the quality of products is less predictable.

DO NOT buy Furniture from this place! The guy that runs the furniture department is very unprofessional. He told me my futon will arrive the same day. After I paid for it he said I will call you in an hour and let you know when they are on the way. I waited for hours never got a call. When I called the store I got no answer from the furniture department. I tried calling him again 5 hours later and he told me it will arrive tomorrow. Then they delivered the frame with missing parts. Stay away from this store if you need any furniture. They will waste your time and money. Very unprofessional. Go to a legit furniture store and save yourself the headache.

Horrible customer service. All the associates act like you’re bothering them when asking a question because you interrupted their conversation with their coworker. I’m all for supporting small businesses but decent professionalism would go a long way.

Value Zone is my go to place for household items close to home. Prices are good. Customer service is good and lines are short. Theyve expanded and now have a second floor which means more selections. Great all around.

Don’t deliver on time was told I would have my furniture delivered on one day and didn’t receive it for a whole two weeks later

Have great stuff for good price, but system always down. Best to pay in cash. Made a transaction with my card once, since the system was down they had to cancel it. But it will show on bank statements that it went through. Careful using card payments there.

They need to work on customer service at this location. I was waiting for a long time to get someone to show me furniture. Then, the person that finally came to help wasnt too friendly. I had a better experience at the Bloomfield location.

Good variety in stuff for good price, but their customer service and policies not too ethical, i came to store to make an exchange for an item that didnt work for me, right business policies should be stated on store signs and written on customer receipt, this people have a policy not written on receipt but posted on a sign at the store, this people think they are dealing with customers that dont know their rights, i left the item with everything and i told the manager to throw it in the trash, NO DOING BUSINESS ANYMORE WITH THIS LOCATION, rather buy stuff in a better organized establishment.

I got exactly whst i wanted (kitchen curtains). The sane one are online at a higher price. Their prices was good.

Beware of buying under garments and some household items. They dont refund or exchange a lot of items. I have lost a good but of money at this store. Its hard to support these small stores. Im going back to my big stores when I can return and exchange items that dont for.
