This particular store is a combination of Dunkin’ and Baskin-Robbins. I stopped by in the morning one day and the traffic here in the drive thru was just out of the ordinary. There’s a huge parking lot outside. One peculiar thing about the drive thru is that the line circles around a liquor store, which is besides this Dunkin but don’t worry, there’s proper signs to navigate you to the drive thru.This location was very busy during a weekday morning and the food that we ordered was decent. We had ordered curbside pickup and we got our order in a timely manner. Some coffee, bacon egg and cheese sandwiches and a couple triple cheese croissant. The sandwiches were decent, the coffee amazing but, the triple cheese croissant was not great. Couldn’t taste the triple cheese at all and for the price that they are offering this, I would stay away from it.If you’re looking for a good coffee to kickstart your day, this place would suffice your needs. If you wanna grab some breakfast, I’d advice to try a few items from the menu and decide yourself.

The customer service here, on average, is terrible. The worker who served me today was nasty when I ordered, screamed at me SIR when she was making my coffee and thought I was leaving, and then growled at me without any acknowledgement of my purchase when I took the drink. Maybe it would have been a better experience with on-the-go, but I will not return to order at the counter. In addition, we have ordered the Reese’s Layered Sundae at this location many times and the worker either had no clue how the make the sundae or invented her own concoction that was clearly not even close to what was pictured, different toppings and flavors etc. Very, very disappointed after many visits over a length period of time. I wish them better training for a better customer experience in the future.

I ordered a signature iced latte with oat milk and no whipped cream. While picking up, I returned the drink back as it has whipping cream and the staff has took the drink back to store where he thought that I cannot see him but to my surprise he used a spoon to remove the whipped cream and gave me back the same drink wit dairy milk. Very poor customer service even for an order that was placed ahead of time for mobile pick up.

The drive through is good, they provide options and let you know of any deals also. Very good options.Now they a mini bagels for kids too one of the best and at reasonable price than Starbucks bantam bagels

The past 3 days, the drive-through line has been so long, it takes about 20 minutes. I tried ordering ahead on the app, but the app wasnt working (not sure thats the stores fault). I went inside to order which was much faster. The staff are friendly and the food was made well.

I like Dunkin’ Donuts. But the donuts in this store were hard and tasteless, probably they were old! Another bad part was they charged a $ for tap water in a cup!Not a good service at the store, people working there seems to be confused and not paying much attention to the customer.

The girl attempted to make my wife a sundae. I told her 3x, please put hot fudge. I get into the car- no hot fudge.

If giving 0 starts was an option I would give it many times, I waited outside for an 1 and a 1/2 at Baskin-Robbins before closing, there were people inside, but the doors were locked. I was waiting outside because I thought they let a certain number of people in. After waiting so long I tried to ask the worker and she gave me the rudest answer ever. We waited so long just to get the door slammed on our face. There were many other people trying to get in, but these people did not bother telling us that they are not serving anymore. Rude and unfriendly staff, not professional at all. I rather travel farther than EVER come here again.

My orders recently have been made wrong or very sloppy and sometimes cheaply. Not adding the proper amount of pumps of syrup or only putting one slice of cheese on a sandwich and not the 3 it comes with. Which is sad because this has been my go to store for over 10 years now.

They close the store but too soon and only drive in remains open. At times it is very disappointing to either wait in the double queue for DD and B&R or return empty handed with grumpy kids.They should consider extending their in-Store timings to at least 9 PM. Summer’s approaching.

The management refuses to open for dine-ineven though the state of new jersey has removed the indoor dining restrictions and the mask requirement. Also the bathrooms are closed to the public. The management is not interested in good customer service.Therefore do not go to this Dunkin.

Ok so when your whole family yearn for ice cream and that too when its late at night, you drop in to baskin-robbins for it being close enough to satisfy those cravings. I wasn’t expecting the store to be busy during that time unfortunately drive thru was a tad bit busy as dunkin n baskin works together and they only had one employee who was managing the dunkin drive thru along with baskins’ orders.I still like going to baskin-robbins, infact my family loves their ice creams. Their ice creams are Not too sweet also which is good.

The worst website anywhere. Two locations one closed at 7, allowing only certain people in. The app sat and spun from Edison to Iselin, nothing. The cheap owner at Iselin wont allow you in to order take out. Cant order what you cant see on a menu, which still isnt loading as I type. What a waste if space. Get it together Baskin/ Dunkin fools

If there was a zero star option I would give it! I waited an hour before the store was closing and when they finally unlocked the door they said “we aren’t serving” in the rudest tone! Never going back to this Dunkin’ ever!

Recently went to Baskin Robbins around 10/4/2020.1) Long slow moving line.2) Person in front of me asked to taste the pumpkin cheesecake ice cream & was given a scoop. After his turn, I also asked to taste the new pumpkin cheesecake ice cream. The staff member told me they do not allow tastings. I told him that the guy just before me was given a taste by his co-worker who was standing right beside him. They both just gave a blank stare. No apologies nor any explanation other than its covid. (So let me understand the logic, the previous guy got to taste. Ill let it slide that it was a mistake, but due to covid, he cant scoop for tasting, but they can scoop ice cream to sell?) So, I let it go and didnt press on the issue.3) I asked for a quart of the pumpkin cheesecake ice cream to which the same staff member said I cant give you a quart of that because its new. ??? I dont understand what he meant by that but again, without further explanation, I just got a pre-made quart of my usual instead just so I didnt have to hear any more of their non-sense.4) I wasnt given my receipt, but I had to ask for it.5) I filled out the survey from the receipt to which the end of the survey said I would receive a free donut or something via email. I never received that email (nothing in junk mail nor spam). Here I am filling out that same review now on Google this time. No manager ever got back to me nor did I get my free item for filling out the survey.This Baskin Robbins always has contradicting info. Slow staff. They cater more to the Indian population. I was passed up a couple of times and ignored. I prefer the other Baskin Robbins in Piscataway and Hillsborough instead. Theyre a lot more friendly over there.

I usually come here before closing and my service during that time is fine. However, during the day my order is often taken wrong and the staff is rude and refuses to correct it. I recommend you go to the Dunkin Donuts further down by Wawa during the day and only come here within an hour of closing because that is honestly the only time youll get decent service here.

No complaints due to covid. Many of the items are not available.Only drive thru is available. They offer some discounts as well.Huge parking is available.

This is a normal Dunkin Donuts. It’s clean and friendly. I’ll come here for an iced latte and sometimes a french Cruller. The donuts are fresh. I dont normally come here but was here on my way to class.

Although they didnt have 31 flavors, the ones they did have were pretty tasty. My niece got Mint chocolate chip in a bowl I got the strawberry cheesecake milkshake n my nephew got chocolate chocolate chip cheesecake. The service was good, it was very clean and has a seating area.

Coffee was good, service with an attitude! We had a miscommunication about whether I wanted an ice or a hot latte at the drive thru. I said hot. It sounded like she said hot when she read it back to me but it ended up being ice. When I corrected her and said I wanted hot the lady came to the window and yelled at me! So I wont be returning to this location again.

Stopped here for DD breakfast sandwiches. Bacon, egg and cheese on a bagel. One scrawny piece of bacon. Egg and cheese were tasteless. Sandwich sucked ! Their coffee and doughnuts might be good, but that sandwich was a complete waste of money!

Went as alternative to Cold Stone. Adequate but not as creamy and flavorful as Cold Stone.

Took me about 30 minutes just to order my cake, i was ordering a personalized cake that i wanted to pick up in 2 weeks for my sons birthday party, i asked for a baseball cake with just happy birthday and that one came out fine but the other cake i ordered was a happy birthday sheet cake (originally yellow and green) and to go with the theme of his party i asked if they can change the icing colors to just red and white and the manager (who i placed my order with) said yes it can be done, so i placed my order and paid for it, the next 2 weeks when i went to pick up my cakes (i sent my husband) i opened the box to see that ugly happy birthday cake in green and yellow !!!!!!! i was so annoyed and there was nothing i could have done due to the fact that we were far from the BR to go back and return it AND i had a party to attend and needed the cake therefore i left the cake as is, but i was so disappointed and i will never be ordering a cake from here again !!!!!!!!

Horrible experience!! Went to pick up a graduation ice cream cake. The size cake I wanted had a balloon decoration asked if we could switch the balloons with a grad hat ..said no problem then wanted to charge me $7 dollars for it. For a .50 cent plastic grad cap.. instead of the .50 cent balloon one. Was blown away with the lack of customer service provided. If I wasnt in a jam and needed the cake I would have went elsewhere. Never will go back here again.
