Really good store. It has all the puja items you need. They keep seasonal items too specific to every festive occasions. The prices are reasonable as well.

Would rate 0 stars if I had an option. Very very bad customer service. I called to enquire if they have specific products. The owner responded to only one question then started saying I cant tell you anything over phone. I told him, Ive to travel for an hour to reach the store, so I want to know if the product is available before visiting the store. He said Its your problem if you have to drive for an hour, I cant tell anything thru phone. If you want anything come and see. That too in a very very rude tone. Very much disappointed.

I had very very bad experience with this store, all the items are double expensive and some items are fake products. I returned 2 items and they said that they have refunded to my card, its been 2 weeks I didnt receive my credit back yet. I dont recommend this store for anything.

I ordered a set of rajasthan dolls playing traditional indian instruments. My experience from the time I ordered and received the items was excellent. The gentleman at the store was very courteous, helpful, patient and resourceful. He packed these ceramic dolls safely and we received the product in perfect condition. I had an excellent experience with Butala emporium NJ and would encourage others to check them out as well.👍🙂

All Hindu religious items available... But seems the rate is very high... Purchased the list given by my priest... It costed me $230... Actually, priest gave an option to pay him $150, but I thought of savings some bugs by purchasing myself but ended up paying more...

Best indian religious store around. I visited recently the store manager is really friendly and he never over charges you. Really good collection!! This store does not deserve any negative rating, ignore those negative fake reviews. I would happily visit for any future needs.

I needed pair of garlands for my best friends wedding. Despite being a 11th-hour order, the kind folks at Butala Emporium arranged for fresh garlands and had it delivered to their Jersey City shop within the next day itself, ready for pick up. In the entire process, they also promptly communicated with me via texts/phone calls on status of order and delivery to Jersey city shop. Thats the best kind of customer experience. Definitely recommend them!

Had a wonderful time over there. Initially was planning to buy the temple somewhere else near the location, but finally arrived here and found very quality products, reasonable price and cheaper than the nearby competitors or even so called big names. Sai is one of the great guy over here who will explain you in details, very professional, has optimum knowledge of what he is describing. Even though its a small looking shop from outside, but after you go inside and have a look and talk to the team over there, you will feel enormous and dont feel to go anywhere else as you get the quality, price and the assurance. Must visit at least once to give yourself a comparison and I assure you wont be disappointed.

Very nice place has lot of items

They carry authentic Indian traditional products you cannot find anywhere else. Great store for religious goods, Indian handicrafts, pure silver Idols for prayer, pure silver coins and much more. Because they have multiple locations they carry a huge variety of products. They have utensils in copper and brass for Puja(Prayer). Hard to cover everything in a review, but my mom is very particular about certain pooja samagri (Prayer items) they were able to satisfy all her needs - thats a five star in my book.

If you are looking for Indian traditional stuff like temple and related or Indian traditional decor, they have good stuff.And they are very reasonable and accommodative...!!!Sure will go back again when in need of the staff.

I went to butala emporium oak tree yesterday. They sold me lotus flower in $3 and when I went to vivek flowers the same lotus are 50 cents each. When I came home and open the flower it was rotten. They are extra expensive shop. They never give back your money they forcefully give you store credit and very rude. Better to buy those all things from indian groceries stores or vivek flowers
