A young women assisted me in printing out a label and other paperwork, when it came time to charge me she said don’t worry about it. Absolutely grateful for her kindness.
The lady at front office, Hassana, is very polite and helpful.. gave very good information on the shipment and packing before it actually shipped.
The current Manager behaved on a rather unfriendly manner. But her staff came to our rescue. We wanted to laminate copies of our Vaccination Cards and it was quite difficult to get the flip side of the cards to match up the the copy of the front. The Manager simply pointed out the different machines and said they were a self service center. Luckily her staff came to our rescue and took the job off our hands

Bridget needs to be removed or retrained. Careless attitude, blank unwelcoming look, acting like she personally was doing me a favor. Price was 3x the estimator cost without giving a reason and even talking back to me after I questioned why. Went to UPS up the road.

Probably the most amazing employee ever. I called at 10:32 to ask if they could print, convert, and bind 3 copies of 6 different presentations for me before closing in 20 minutes. I scheduled a pickup for 8/23. They did not come for the package until the next afternoon, which delayed my scheduled arrival time. This is very inconsiderate of them to pickup items on their own time and not when theyre supposed to. I had to sit on the phone with customer service for 45 minutes explaining to them how incompetent this is. It was very important documents and they did not in any form or fashion try to help me expedite this process. Very rude and inconsiderate for the couriers to pickup packages on their own time and not when the scheduled pickup is.
PLEASE SAVE YOUR TIME and go to other place.Terrible service. Very late service and my baby took one chocolate packet for a moment, she told me to pay for that and said the chocolate got damaged which is not. I ended up in buying that.For packing, she told me to do every thing, then why cant be a self service and wasting our time when she is chatting with someone and I was waiting in the line.
The lady did a barely acceptable job in the service, for she was a bit rude and pushy, she tried to make me sound like an idiot in packaging my parcel, but failed. Little did she know that I have been shipping parcels out to my customers the same exact way and never had an issue with UPS for years, this was my first time trying FedEx, and will very much likely my last, and would DEFINITELY NOT from this one if I had to.
The quality of service offered at the location is good. I am disappointed with the quality of delivery service . The delivery man didnt ring the door bell to inform that my package was delivered. He just left a costly electronic ordered from Amazon outside my door where it could have been easily stolen. Further more the website for tracking the order was never updated. Bottomline: your delivery service sucks.

I believe the crew here needs a training . especially on International shipments. I recently shipped to India(2/19/19 evening) with express and they didnt give me option to enter receivers phone# . that would help to identify the receivers address if delivery agent has problems in locating addresses. Asking for a phone number is very basic stuff and they failed to do it. As a result my urgent shipment got delayed for 3 days. I came to know when I called Fedex customer support that I could give a phone# of receiver. Also the receivers address had to be edited twice while doing a shipment. the associate response was not customer friendly. she behaved like doing it free. I hope fedex would take a notice of this location and guide their staff.
Very true. Mr. Chintan. Went today to ship a document. Not only was Ms Cathy rude, she was also verbally abusive. This is not my 1st experience at this location, it has been going on for some time now.I would appreciate if FedEx could either relocate her to some other place or ask her to behave nicely to customers. I know that sometime people can behave badly may be due to personal problems, but I dont think they should bring that to work place. Wont recommend this FedEx location to anyone.Hope that FedEx would take appropriate action.
Horrible service! I was trying to ship a monitor which were delivered by FedEx with sealed factory package. I tried to ship it to someone else as gift at this store. They refused to accept it because I was told that I need to purchase shipping box and put the factory package inside. Its ridiculous, it was delivered by FedEx with factory package! Went to another Fedex store, they accepted the shipping with no question asked. I would give 0 star if I can. Avoid this store if u can to save ur gas and time!

They do not know how to pack nor are they knowledgeable about shipping. Just use the local ups store in Avenel, its cheaper for printing and shipping.

A couple of rude employees. They will not answer any questions for self service print/ copy customers. The self service stations charge you double sometimes, so always take a receipt so you can question the staff. Getting answer from them is a nightmare so having a receipt would help you to call FedEx customer service later.
Only one person working, if there is a crowd of customers expect a long wait time, even for dropping off packages. The staff gets busy with customers who need a lot help printing.
Came here to ship back a phone with pre-paid label. I never thought that I had to pay $6 for them to pack it. All I needed was a bubbled envelope.
